This unit at Woodlands Drive 62 is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 1216 sqft. It features a Quirky style. For starters, the quirky style in interior design is not something that is widely accepted by many due to its peculiarity and daring to be different philosophy. But this unit here is slightly different as it has an exceptional but unique eclectic style that can be brought into the mainstream. Designed exclusively by the popular homegrown interior designer team Aestherior, the interior of this eye-catching unit has plenty of wooden textures and this makes the living space feels incredibly comfortable, like how a dream home is supposed to be. And there are a few transparent walls from the dining hall to the bathroom so that you can see what's inside between those walls through the other side. The study room has a large feature mirror wall that lets you see the image reflection of all the furniture and decor in the room. For instance, you can see the reflection of the living room from the other side. Amid the largely neutral tones in the house, there are a few eye-popping colors like the Robin egg-blue built-in kitchen cabinet in the kitchen area. There is also a darker version of this special color across the tv wall area in the living room.

Fourth, he charges reasonably and fairly despite how skilled and exceptionally creative he and his team is in planning ahead and executing the designs. But most importantly, he discusses with his clients on what is their budget, their design preference, and what are their deadlines..etc, before making the final decision in his hands. 1. Kitchen | Speedy Decor

The kitchen has a large Speedy Decor customized built-in kitchen cabinet that matches the color of the dining table since both pieces of furniture are painted in the same Tiffany blue. Due to that, this makes the duo a matching color combo besides looking eye-candy and quirkily pop-out. Moreover, the rest of the furniture and decor in the kitchen is in plain neutral colors which contrasts with the color of the Tiffany blue multi compartments cabinet. The multi compartments of the cabinet help to provide extra storage for all the kitchen essentials. The underlighting from the white kitchen cabinet provides a spark of illumination to its area's dark corners.

2. Dining Area

The dining hall coincidentally faces the bedroom on the opposite right which is fully covered in Dormakaba's glass transparent walls. Besides being a flexible modern aesthetic and quirkily attractive, the glass wall's look provides the user with a bigger sense of space compared to an opaque wall. They also make the modestly-sized bedroom seem bigger due to the glass's powerful illusion of space. Not only that, but the glass transparent walls also provide a more toned-down separation of spaces since the glass walls help greatly in separating the two rooms from one another. As the glass is reflective and see-through, it also allows natural light in.

3. Living Room | LightVault

The living room has a pop-out MySeat customized dining table that is not painted in your usual yellow, brown, or white. Instead, it is in a trendy bright shade reminiscent of the iconically famous Tiffany blue. Besides looking super stylish and aesthetically pleasing, it also reflects the user's quirky sense of style. The strikingly bright Tiffany blue hue of the dining table also means that it helps to make the room spacious and huge compared to using a plain color since it gives an illusion of space. The bedroom has a Frames and Glass full mirror feature wall next to the study table. Besides looking stylish and uniquely quirky, the full mirror feature wall also help to provide a feeling of a bigger space by reflecting light, thus illuminating a room to make it feel more welcoming, open, and brighter. For instance, since this room has no natural light due to the lack of windows, then putting a feature wall mirror or line of mirrors across it can help project incoming light. Besides that, this special mirror also lets you see what is going on from behind through the image reflection even while you are working on the study desk.

This unique trademark can be seen in its use of trendy bright colors such as the gorgeous Tiffany-blue made famous by the world-renowned Tiffany & Co. For example, Tiffany Blue is used gorgeously on the built-in kitchen cabinets, and dining table, and a darker version on the living room walls. We also like how the designer has utilized transparent walls in its bedroom exteriors.
