If the names of people such as Phillipe Stark, Kelly Wearstler, and Ryan Korban ring a bell to you due to their world-class design niches combined with a vast portfolio, then you must appreciate this modern luxury design with a striking and elegant style. This unit was the brainchild and love of labor of the highly innovative and creatively gifted Singaporean dream design team company Met Interior and has a smooth and polished design that will blow your mind off instantly. And it is incredibly unique and cutting-edge to insert dark-stained marble finishes on the walls and flooring of the unit's living space. They add a touch of alluring sophistication and poshness that is reminiscent of a super sleek, black-colored Aston Martin ride featured in those 007 espionage spy thriller movies. Moreover, the dark stained marble finishes also show the personal style and design characteristics of the unit's owner, an affluent high-achiever who aims for prestige, power, and authority but with a touch of modernity. Despite its largely alluring and mysterious outer appearance, this unit also has a lighter side to it in the form of its customized brown wooden panels and bright lighting. They help to add a touch of colour to the dark side.

But most importantly, their pricing is the best bang for the buck when compared to other rival ID firms out there due to their tip-top service and helpful assistance. Besides that, there is excellent project management from the designer and his team as they will regularly follow up with the specific project from time to time.

1. Dining Area

This elegant dining room uses an open-space concept due to it being merged as one with the nearby living room and there are no partitions or walls to separate them. The countertop or surface of the dining table is made from Hong Lee's Italian white Statuario marble to give it a polished and classy look. The bottom part of the table is from solid dark wood so it is durable and can withstand the harsh daily ravages of time. Meanwhile, the accompanying chairs are also in a matching dark shade. There is a Mylighthouse customized modern luxury pendant light hanging above the ceiling in the middle of the dining table. It looks unique due to its peculiar shape and design.

2. Kitchen | Kstone

This kitchen has a lot of premium-quality materials like built-in cabinets or countertops, an excellent space layout, cutting-edge technologies and appliances, sufficient illumination, and a gorgeous interior style. For example, the nooks and corners of the flooring and surrounding walls use Kstone Iran's Pietra Grey marble due to its stunning uniformed appearance and super-sleek look. At the same time, the dark tones of this marble add an alluring and mysterious element to the living space. The Speedy Decor L-shaped customized cabinet is also in a dark grey hue to match the natural color of the marble and help provide storage.

3. Large Bedroom

This bedroom's focal point is on the large MySeat customized king-sized bed, which acts as a statement piece for the bedroom since it looks invitingly spacious and welcoming. Meanwhile, the colors of the bedsheets are minimally neutral to help give the bed a classy but modern edge. There is a duo of Mylighthouse customized modern luxury hanging lights on the right and left side of the bed, which is another statement piece for the room. With its sleek and hip design, it looks ravishingly stunning and also functions to light up the living space during night-time when the user needs a little dim setting.

4. Toilet

The bathroom is small and compact but looks chic and prestige due to its use of Metamar Marble Lovina grey marble stone on the walls and flooring. Nevertheless, this type of marble is uniquely beautiful and a cut above the rest thanks to its long-lasting, tough nails and anti-shattering effect. Aesthetically speaking, the marble has an exquisite look that is unmatchable with other similar materials. On the other hand, the color of the Speedy Decor customized mirrored bathroom cabinets is a near-perfect match with the marble walls and flooring. Meanwhile, the white ceramic washing basin and the seat-on toilet bowl contrast with the rest.

5. Living Room | LG

The living room looks as if it has neverending spaces. After all, this is perhaps due to the clever space-maximizing techniques of the designer to give the living space an illusion of space despite it not being a very spacious room in the first place. Aside from that, the main focus of this corner is the large LG LED Black Screen TV, which is mounted perfectly on Hong Lee's white Statuario marble feature tv wall. The white marble feature tv wall speaks for itself due to its stunning outer appearance. It has an elegant vibe, while the LG Black TV shows modern sophistication.

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessential modern luxury style. We like the dark grey marble finishes with streaks of grey intertwining with white splashes that make their way into the walls and flooring across the five features rooms. From our viewpoint, we felt that the designer tried very hard to encapture the modern luxury style of the present day. The presence of expensively-sourced marble stone also meant the living space spells of luxury in the highest terminology and standards. We also like the occasional modern-style pendant lighting or two, since they are excellent style conversation makers for guests who linger or stop by the house. But most importantly, they help illuminate the house's darkest corners with their magic spark when natural sunlight is not present at night. Meanwhile, colors are mysteriously alluring yet beautiful at the same time.
