This unit at WHAMPOA DEW 1 is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 1022 sqft. It features a Contemporary Urban Modern style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Juz Interior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has an Urban Contemporary Modern interior design style that originates from a cosmopolitan vibe - picture a high-end apartment in a concrete jungle - that infuse the opposites, but similar, design features. Plus, it is also a norm to see hints of minimalist design, with cutting-edge styles, and a dose of glitz and glamour in a big-city feel modern room. For starters, the tv feature wall in the living room. First, do not be fooled by the simple appearance of this tv-feature wall. But hidden within its straightforward facade, there is more than meets the eye. The tv feature wall is not stark plain as it has some geometric lines cum design that helps give the overall feel an urban-structured feel. Moreover, this tv feature wall also complements the surroundings of the living room area - from the sofa-seater furnishings and the Picasso-like abstract modern art.

They will explain to you about the pros of the renovation and cons as well since clients have to be realistic even though they aim for world-class and quality designs. Not only that, they also answered all our questions and inquiries, from choosing the perfect tiling material to checking where to buy the paint for our unit's color scheme. For example, we appreciate that they went back and forth to the paint store to help us buy our favorite paint color that is unavailable in most hardware stores. Overall, we would like to thank the team for delivering our dream house!

1. Living Room | LG

The living room has a large LG Black Screen TV mounted on a white geometric-style tv feature wall. Moreover, this tv feature wall helps to reflect light and maximize spaces since it is in a bright white hue. Nevertheless, the UrbanMood tv console has storage and space-saving functions to help free up more space. Adjacent to the tv is an Etsy two-seater modular sofa set in light grey. Moreover, the modular sofa set is stylish and cozy-looking. On the other hand, the Comodecor art decor is perfect as a beautiful aesthetic decor to impress visitors who stop by the house.

2. Dining Area

The dining area has a duo of HipVan Slug pendant lamps in copper. Naturally, this pendant lamp is gorgeous with a refreshing aesthetic design. At the same time, it helps to create a spark of bright and focused lighting for small spaces. But the Etsy faux marble dining table is classy and smooth-looking to help bring an elitist feeling to the living spaces. Moreover, it can withstand the loading pressure of heavy cutleries and is a perfect heirloom for a young modern family. On the other hand, the simple and minimalist Forty-two dining chairs in white are a suitable final touch.

3. Bedroom

Final words

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Contemporary Urban Modern style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the high-end decors and furnishings in the living spaces. One of the most notable examples would be the Piccasso-like abstract art decor in the living room area. Likewise, the art decor is brimming with substance and dynamism since it shows the potrait of a female in its most abstract art form for the view of others.

Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
