It features a Modern Luxury style. This house is utterly breathtaking that it can leave you breathless within seconds. For this sprawling landed property, the primary texture used in its design is wood since it is age-defying, timeless, and eye-catching. The wood material's visual aesthetics can catch people's attention from afar, even in its simplest form. Even though wood was used centuries ago in interior design, the present-day wood material has been given a modern makeover to go with the flow of contemporary times. But most importantly, wood is used because it is thick, durable, and long-lasting. Meanwhile, the secondary texture used is black marble since this natural stone has infinite depth and a virtuous and aristocratic charm that oozes royalty. On top of that, black marble is more precious when compared to regular white marble since the former is like a rare gem that is not easily accessible. Compared to other generic materials, black marble has an extraordinarily polished finish. Colour-wise, the primary color used here is white since white radiates is a versatile color that matches any modern luxury design. For example, white is primarily used on ceilings and walls. Meanwhile, the secondary color is black as seen on the black marble walls in the bathroom.

Based on our observation here, we feel that the designer has gone the extra further mile to not help his client achieve their living lifestyle dreams, but elevate their status to another new level. For example, this killer and eye-for-details factor can be seen in all the nooks and corners of the house. Whether it is from the super luxurious black marble-covered bathroom to the outside garden patio. As a result, you have a mix and match of everything - both modern meets luxury. We are impressed with how the designer has effectively widened the space so that people can walk freely and do things without any constraints. On top of that, the designer has implemented special improvisation on furniture and decor positioning. Due to that, you don't see much clutter around.
The kitchen has a large wooden Speedy Decor customized buffet-kitchen cabinet set in a dual tone of brown and white. Since the cabinet has a neutral color scheme, it matches well with the greys and off-white shade of the room's surroundings. Built and attached to the kitchen cabinet are a few essential kitchen appliances like a washing sink, an electric stove cooker, and an exhaust hood. They are all modern looking and state-of-the-art due to their sleek outer appearance. In addition, there is ample space due to the clever positioning of the furniture. A black-colored LG fridge positioned at the far left contrast with the warm tones.
The dining hall has ample natural ventilation due to the surrounding open doors. As a result, the user and other people in the house will feel comfortably breezy when dining in this room. Besides that, a ray of natural sunlight also helps to spruce up the living room's brightness for a more comfortable and soothing ambiance. The IKEA tempered glass dining table is adequately sized and well-positioned. Therefore, it fits perfectly in the middle of the living room space. Second, they help to transform dull spaces into the best of nature's aesthetic wonders that are perfect for unwinding and entertaining guests. Third, they give your garden the immediate "wow" factor. On top of that, they are perfect for some delicious al-fresco dining, set against nature's finest, plus the cool breeze.

Naturally, these formidable duos help to provide an illusion of space to the room - making it even bigger and more magnificent than before. As a wrap, we conclude that the designs and theme suit the entire house's surroundings. Due to that, they fit in perfectly with each other like bread akin to butter. The bathroom halls have a jaw-droppingly beautiful ambiance due to the elegant natural black marble stone surrounding nearly every corner of it. We also like the Japanese anime miniature characters on display on the shelves of the racks in the living room since it gives a peculiar and geeky Otaku feeling that is hot on the trend right now. Furthermore, we like the outdoorsy patio vibe as we believe that a perfect dream house goes hand in hand with only nature's finest.
Finally, the colors are beautiful and well-varied. Thus, this means that there are no outrageously outlandish colors and tackiness. Despite the use of big furniture and decor in the house, we feel that pops of neutral colors help tone it down.
