It features a Modern Luxury style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Sky Creation Asia Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a modern luxury home interior design trademark which feature mostly linear and clean-cut lines, with little to barely any use of embellishments or complex details. For starters, this unit uses a lot of natural marble stone in its living quarters. One of the most significant example would be the Nero Marquina black marble stone utilized as a tv feature wall in the living room area. Unlike the regular white Statuario marble, the black Nero Marquina marble has a more elegant and sleek look due to its jet-black color. Plus, the unique texture of the material gives it an aura of mystery and allure. On the contrary, the designer displayed an occasional art-decor or two, in the bedroom spaces. Nonetheless, the mounted art decor on the simple painted walls help to eliminate clutter and most importantly, keep the place neat and tidy.
We would recommend the designer and his team because we felt that they are the bee's knees when it comes to ID designing firms across the Republic of Singapore. Our entire renovation and handover of our home were completed recently and we engaged Sky Creation Asia Pte Ltd for this job. Initially, there were some disruptions to the ID renovation of our unit due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For example, there was an issue of manpower on the ID firm's side as some of the contractors refuse to come to the renovation site due to certain circumstances. However, the Chief Designer managed to successfully solve this issue promptly since they have backup workers after all, thanks to their good relationship with others. Other than having good communication skills, the Chief Designer was also trustworthy and reliable. They walk the talk and will come promptly with just a phone call away.
The living room has an LG Black Screen TV mounted on a White Horse Nero Marquina natural black marble wall. The Nero Marquina black marble wall is classy and aesthetically attractive, which helps to bring up the lifestyle and social status of the user. Meanwhile, adjacent to the mounted TV is a HipVan three-seater leather sofa seater set. The brown leather on the sofa set gives it a weathered look. At the same time, there is also a round-shaped UrbanMood coffee table that is perfect to place on a vase of blooming flowers or have a nice cup of tea.
The dining area has a LightsAtelier modern chandelier light that is modern looking but has a luxurious and exceptional design. Moreover, the chandelier lights are also a symbol of the owner's high living status. The UrbanMood dining table has a White Horse white Statuario marble as its countertop, whereas its bottom legs are pure eco-friendly oak wood. The four FortyTwo dining chairs are perfect for those born with a silver spoon to sit comfortably and dine in luxury. At the same time, there is a vase of FarEastFlora blooming plants to bring a touch of sustainability and life to the spaces.
The bedroom has a large IKEA queen-sized bed that looks spacious and welcoming. Moreover, the bed is perfect for more than one person to sleep on or those who prefer extra space to toss and turn comfortably. At the same time, the BeddingAffairs bedsheets have a gray and white color palette that is a striking balance with the bedroom's other similar neutral surroundings. However, there is a ComoDecor simple and chic-looking art decor mounted on the Nippon grey walls. The art decor helps to make the bedroom spaces more aesthetically attractive, while the mounted TV is the perfect entertainment gadget.
The bedroom has a large BedandBasics queen-sized bed that looks ergonomic. This is because the bed is made with a special spring fabric that allows the sleeper to sleep more comfortably, albeit without any sleepless nights. At the same time, the BeddingAffairs bedsheets have monochromatic color palette that matches beautifully with the bedroom's other natural ambiance. However, the Wallhub textured walls looked modern and luxuriously striking. On the other hand, the ExpressWindows large bay windows help to bring in a maximum amount of light to help give an illusion of spaces. Moreover, you can have a view of the outside world.
The bedroom has a large HiddenWallBed multipurpose wooden bed. The bed is multipurpose, thanks to its triple functions and features. For example, it is not only a bed but a cabinet for storage and a computer desk to do office work. As a bed, this furniture is sturdy and durable enough to withstand the weight of the user sleeping on it, albeit without fearing it falling apart. Moreover, there is a Comodecor art decor mounted on the Nippon gray walls. Nonetheless, the art decor helps to bring in a touch of character and substance. The large bay windows bring in light.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern luxury style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the multipurpose furniture in the house living spaces. A notable example would be in one of the three bedrooms. Over here, the wooden bed has not only two functional features, but three multi-features altogether. Nonetheless, it is not only a bed but a cabinet to store things and a computer desk as well.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
