This unit at The Quintet is an existing condominium with an estimated floor area of 1797 sqft. It features a Modern Luxury style. Oozing with tons of prestige and charm, it isn't rocket science that this amazing condo unit is befittingly known as the one and only, The Quintet, situated on the sunny island of Singapore. Completed in Aug 2021 last year, this grand-looking condo unit has an aura of exclusivity that is unmatched. In this picture, the Modern Luxury style can be seen virtually everywhere in this luxury condo. Primarily, this touch of aristocracy luxury is revealed starkly in its high-end, super-luxurious, one-of-a-kind natural marble wall panelling that becomes the centre of attention of the entire living room. But note that despite the sheer grandeur of the marble panelling decor piece, those with a modern aesthetic approach may think that the display is a little bit too tacky, aka exaggerated. The colour white dominates the walls and entire ceiling, in line with its modern theme. Besides that, the furniture and carpentry look minimal, simple and clean-fitting.

The purity of the colour white also contrasted with the garish-looking marble showpiece. The colours of the furniture are in a chic, neutral tone - all in the same colour spectrum as neutral colours despite having light and darker colours.

We highly recommend this designer if you are in for the modern luxury look, albeit with a slight edge. Also, we recommend this designer if you enjoy living the dream prestige life, ala the creme de la creme of society. But at the same time, you are modern and edgy and want to stand out from the rest. This particular designer is catered for you if you are one of those who have probably watched reruns of Beverly Hills 90210 and take delight in the sheer opulent of the fictional rich and famous people. In addition, you also have a bold personality despite having plenty of cash to spare - hence the giant, eclectic piece of marble stone decor. Budget-wise, you can guess that the price for the entire renovation does not come cheaply. But you are getting your money's worth from the finest premium materials, like rare natural marble, for starters.

1. Toilet

The bathroom is designed especially for an exclusive feeling, hence the beautiful Liang Seng Hin's Italy's Calacatta super-polished white natural marble surrounding the four corner walls of it and also the entire flooring. Even though natural marble is expensive and can fetch a very high price depending on its variety, the designer ensured that a generous amount of marble material is applied here in the bathroom. Another area of modern luxury is the GameResources see-through glass panels shower cubicle, flanked by high-quality glass panels that are anti-fog and easy to upkeep. The shower head and the faucet for hand washing are in a golden luxe colour.

2. Large Bedroom

The master bedroom is so grand and spacious that it is even fit for a king or queen. Picture the royal sleeping chambers of kings and queens seen on the media with their plush-looking velvet material sleeping covers and super-soft pillows/bolsters. You get the drift. True to its modern luxury design, the Courts king-sized bed is aesthetically made-up so that you can become your own king/queen. In addition, the art decor could be replaced with a more appealing picture.

3. Large Bedroom

The master bedroom has a massive Amare La Casa walk-in wardrobe that can fulfil all your clothing and fashion accessories fantasies! This prestige feeling is akin to walking into an haute couture luxury boutique, but only in the luxurious comforts of your very own bedroom. Inside here, you have all the fashion choices in the world that you fancy. From your newly-bought Badgley and Mishka cocktail dress to your favourite pair of Jimmy Choos, the walk-in wardrobe has your stylish back fully covered. The Hong Lee's Calaccata White Mable is spread generously on the flooring which complements with the white plastered ceiling above.

4. Kitchen | LG

The kitchen is grand and spacious but minimally decorated. Here in the kitchen, you can see that the furniture and decor are only a few. However, all the primary kitchen appliances are visible, for instance, the LG nano technology of stainless steel kitchen appliances set of the fridge, oven, and cooking stove. In line with its modern luxury theme, the sleek-looking stainless steel fridge is the most cutting-edge of its kind, followed by the chicly modern two-way oven that can help the user to bake/roast anything their heart desires. Last, the cooking stove and its high-technology built-in ventilator help get those nasty cooking fumes off the house for good.

5. Living Room | Craftstone

The living room here is not your standard living room. A couple of eye-catching showpieces steal the show away from other subtle-looking furniture and carpentry. Like Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, the magnum opus in this living room is the massively large and uniquely revealing Craftstone marble stone display on the wall. When one enters the living room, this is the ultimate showpiece that immediately catches their attention and takes their breath away! Other less eye-catching objects are the cylinder-metal liked things, ala round-shaped decor that hung on top of the ceiling. They give a modern, new-age vibe that is slightly futuristic. However, the room could be improved with less tacky decors.

Final words

Overall, we feel that this design theme is not reserved solely for well-heeled individuals, but for lifestyle enthusiasts who yearn to enjoy a beautiful and charming life, ala 'La Vita E Bella', meaning 'Life Is Beautiful' in Italian. The design theme is straightforward and consistent throughout the five rooms featured here and reviewed by us. Additionally, the modern luxury look can be seen in virtually every part of the designed house, regardless of the walls, ceiling, furniture and intricate-looking decor embellishment. However, this design may not be everyone's cup of tea due to some of its highlighted tacky objects. Among them is the massive marble showpiece in the living room. For some, it may define luxury at its highest degree, but for many, it is just bizarrely peculiar and show-offish. The designer used the colour white predominantly since white is not only pure, but it symbolizes a higher essence of living.
