It features a Scandinavian style. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Sky Creation Asia Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. The unit has a Scandinavian home design that is reflected in its clean, simple lines, minimalism, and functionality without sacrificing beauty. The Scandinavian style can be seen in its wood furnishings and embellishments that dominate in nearly 100% of the living spaces. After all, natural light wood such as beech and ash are a proud Scandinavian heritage and interior design culture since wood are not only used by the common people, but those who descent from a royalty lineage. Nonetheless, natural light wood is prefered over heavy oak wood since beech and ash wood are a dime-of-a-dozen due to the harsh and cold winter climate in the Nordic-region. On the other hand, the designer also place a couple of green plants and art decor to lighten and bring cheer to the living spaces. Moreover, green plants are not only a symbol of life and vitality, but they welcome good Feng Shui.
We would recommend the designer and his team because we felt that they are top-notch when it comes to ID designing firms across the Republic of Singapore. Our entire renovation and handover of our home were completed recently and we engaged Sky Creation Asia Pte Ltd for this very important task. The Chief Designer was honest and trustworthy - for example, he did not only explain to us the pros of the ID renovation. To give us a more realistic picture, he also talked about the cons of the ID renovation as well so that we know what we are getting and do have too much of high expectations. Not only that, the Chief Designer also talked about other important things that are relevant to the ID renovation such as making sure we are getting the right design, tiling materials and color scheme. Overall, thumbs up to this amazing team!
The living room has an LG Black Screen TV mounted on a White Horse white Statuario marble-stone tv feature wall. This tv feature wall stands out since it exudes class and prestige which helps to elevate the status of the user to greater heights. Meanwhile, the LG Black Screen TV is of the most cutting-edge in the market since the user can browse through Wifi and play exciting games on it. At the same time, there is a simple-looking HipVan armrest sofa-seater that looks cozy and comfortable enough for the user to sit and lounge on during their free time.
The bedroom has two Speedy Decor wooden computer desk that is beautiful and straighforward-looking since it is a product of environment-friendly oak wood. In terms of functionality, the computer desk is perfect for some serious office work or surfing the net since coincidentally, it has a two Acer Pentium desktop computer on top of its surface that is of the most groundbreaking and cutting-edge. At the same time, there is a ComoDecor abstract art decor leaning against the Nippon pristine white walls. Nonetheless, the art decors are the perfect space filler and help to spice up the living spaces beautifully.
The bedroom has a large Megafurniture queen-sized bed that looks spacious and comfortable. It is perfect for two-sleepers to sleep on it, or those who love to sleep with their pet. At the same time, the BeddingAffairs bedsheets have a natural color palette that complements the calming atmosphere of the bedroom. Moreover, the BedandBasics pillows are soft and fluffy to give the user a good night's sleep. However, this bedroom is also unique for it has a Speedy Decor display cabinet that is stylish but simple. This cabinet helps the user to display all their favorite designer bags and fashion accessories.
The dining area has a LightsAtelier modern pendant lights hanging above the white plastered ceiling. Nonetheless, the lights help to illuminate and light up the living spaces brightly when natural sunlight is not present during the night. Other than that, the lights also make a lovely statement decor. Right below the modern pendant lights is a casual-looking built-in island table for a young modern family to hold special gatherings and occassions. There is also a duo of Fortytwo bar stool dining chairs for the user to sit on comfortably. On the other hand, the Hong Lee white marble flooring is smooth and glossy.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Scandinavian style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the Whte Horse white Statuario marble stone tv wall feature in the living spaces. Nonetheless, it helps to save space and give an illusion of spaces altogether, since the owner of this unit does not have to specially built a brand-new entertainment room for the sole purpose of just putting the TV there.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
