This unit at Tembeling Road is an existing condominium with an estimated floor area of 786 sqft. It features a Modern Scandavanian style. As gorgeous as it can be, this divine-looking dwelling place is akin to living the ultimate dream home that takes you back to paradise and beyond. Completed in May 2021 last year, this unit has an award-winning look that follows the Modern Luxury style. For those living in the dark ages, the Modern Luxury style is a marriage of contemporary and prestige. After all, modern and luxury intermingles since the duo goes hand in hand together. In present-day Singapore, the Modern Luxury look is highly sought after by modern-oriented families, young working professionals and those who have slightly more than a little dollar to spare. The theme across the room is none other than the highly-popular Modern Scandavanian look. Design-wise, the primary texture utilized is natural light wood, followed closely by natural marble stone.

Furthermore, a light colour spectrum dominates in most parts of the house. For instance, you see pristine white and other natural earth-based colours on the ceilings above and in some corners of the wall. But a pop-out colour that catches the attention of everyone is the striking sky blue colour, utilized fully on the kitchen cabinets and table tops. This particular colour effect contrasts with the rest of the colour surroundings.

We would highly recommend this designer to modern luxury enthusiasts and home dwellers across Singapore who want a premium look, albeit at the best bang for the buck! After all, the designer is ethical and charges quite reasonably. Thus, you are getting a bargain you cannot find elsewhere, especially in cosmopolitan and high-living Singapore here. On second thoughts, if you think about hiring an A-lister interior designer from overseas, we honestly tell you that you are wasting time and your hard-earned moolah altogether. In these tough Covid-19 times, we have to be financially realistic and think logically. Not every regular Joe or Jane can afford Britney Spears's dream team of interior designers. They cost a bomb, didn't they tell you? We also feel that this designer is a true-blue professional who takes their work very seriously. Notice the impeccable embellishments and sheer meticulous effort in every design detail? So, go ahead and give this designer a well-deserving chance.

1. Living Room | LG

This is the same living room again but shown from a different angle and perspective. Here, you can see that the neutral tan colored sofa set is directly facing the LG black built-in TV. The TV cabinet is embellished brilliantly in VWalla dark wood fluted panels that evokes a slightly rustic but modern edge. In addition, dark colours are a symbol of elegance, prestige and power. The electrical equipment shown here is the latest, state-of-the-art kind, regardless of the LG black LED TV or duo power stereo. Due to that, the theme of the design is complete. You also see a spark of natural lighting emit through the windows despite being covered by the heavy curtains.

2. Toilet

At a single glance, the toilet looks like a standard-modern day bathroom. But look closely, and you see hints of classy elegance in the form of its high-polished Liang Seng Hin's Calaccata white natural marble surroundings. Every part of the wall in the bathroom is surrounded exclusively by the marble effect. As we all know, natural marble is highly-expensive and can cost an arm and a leg for those who cannot stretch their budget. In line with its modern luxury theme, the use of marble is just absolutely perfect! The rainfall shower head adds a touch of modernity to the bathroom since they are popular to use in many urban-themed houses.

3. Large Bedroom

The bedroom has an appealing but simple design. Here, the colour spectrum played is in neutral, earth-based and Edleuro's Aleve dark hues mixtures. For instance, the surrounding walls have a few wood embellishments plus dark grey painted hues to contrast with each other. Also, notice that the flooring tiles are in Edleuro's Holm wood-color. The mixture of different elements can give a chic modern look to the entire sleeping chamber, contrasting with the super-safe, classic look that has been overdone. On the other hand, the plushy king-sized bed is in neutral colours to help accentuate the spaces in the bedroom a little further.

4. Living Room | MegaFurniture

The Living Room looks invitingly spacious and huge. This is largely thanks, to the creativity and skilful technique of the designer in being able to maximize space efficiency. Despite the unit being a small condo, you can see that the living room is also cleverly space-maximized to the point that even certain parts in the room portray an illusion of space. The surrounding furniture and decor are spread across tastefully in a systematic position so that everything is well-structured and in proper order. Colour-wise, the MegaFurniture's Ashla Light Brown Faux Leather Sofa is in a tan neutral shade to justify with the house theme.

5. Kitchen | IKEA

This time, the strikingness of the sky-blue coloured kitchen cabinets is the main highlight here. From this viewpoint, you can see that the sky-blue colour is so eye-popping that it outshines everything in its midst. In terms of lightning, the white ceiling becomes enhanced by the spark of natural bright sunlight permeating from outside. Due to that, this instantly lights up the entire room for a cheery and upbeat atmosphere. Aside from the pop of sky blue colour and natural sunlight, you see a few decors or ornaments laid inside the IKEA sky-blue cabinets, like a golden-coloured animal figurine and some fragile-looking vases.

Final words

Overall, one can conclude and highly recommend that the unit is designed within the highest professional standards to adhere to its original theme design. You can see that the designs are unique, resembling a modern priceless Picasso painting but combined with the fineness of a classic Rembrandt painting. Consistency-aside, the theme and design colours are very consistent and straightforward. For instance, what you see is what you get. In this case, you get what you want if you hire this designer. The colours used are very soothing, pleasant and earthy. Stand-out furniture item is wood embellishments which add a touch of sustainability. On the other hand, we love the little surprises here and there, such as the striking pop of sky blue colour found on the kitchen cabinets. This factor adds a whim of fun playfulness and whimsical charm, in contrast to the neutral and clean colours that dominate most of the house.
