Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Modern theme, this unit incorporated a lot of modern high-end furnishings. For example, there is a black ebony Steinway upright piano in the living spaces. Nonetheless, the piano makes a great centerpiece for the entrance of the spaces. For example, the piano is a work of art that is akin to a priceless Rembrant painting. Nonetheless, the piano will help to fill the room with music since the user can play all sorts of melodious tunes, whether it is from Mozart to Beethoven. Other than that, this room also comprised of several modern pendant lights. The modern pendant lights helps to illuminate the living room with its bright lights. Not only that, they also make a great statement decor to help beautify the living spaces. Last but not least, this unit also incorporates an occasional pop of color as seen in its bedroom where green is being utilized.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team for we honestly think they are the holy grail of designing in Singapore. For example, this factor can be shown in their inspirational design background cum credentials and years of leading experience in this particular niche. Not only that, but the company is also pretty easygoing with the prices. Unlike some of their similar competitors out there, they are not greedy and someone who will charge us a skyrocketing price that will burn a hole in our wallet. For example, when we explained to them that we were having some difficulties with the payment, needless to say, they made us an offer that we cannot refuse. In terms of professionalism, the designer and his team were pretty professional. For example, they were always punctual to the work site and would call us up first if they are late for something.

At the same time, the LG Black Screen TV is mounted on the VWalla wooden tv feature wall. The wooden tv feature wall gives a homely and fuzzy touch to the room's ambiance. On the other hand, the IKEA three-seater sofa set looks and comfortable enough for the user to sit and watch the user play the piano.
The dining area has a HipVan wooden dining table. For example, the table is perfect for the user to have a gastronomical feast. Behind the BedandBasics bedstand is a ComoDecor art decor that pops out due to the dynamism and texture that it brings in. Adjacent to the bed is a wardrobe for helping the user to store all their designer clothes and accesories in it.
The bedroom has a Speedy Decor wooden study table that doubles up as a study table. Nevertheless, the wooden study table is perfect for the user to do some serious studying and work. The Nippon-painted walls are in a lovely pastel shade. Moreover, they help to bring a cheery vibe to the living spaces. At the same time, the Panasonic aircon helps to bring in cooling ventilation and air to the living spaces. On the other hand, there is a DirectCarpentry wooden wardrobe to help the user to store all their clothes and fashion essentials in it while the vinyl flooring is warm and welcoming.
The bathroom looks spacious and inviting. There is an IKEA full-mirrored bathroom cabinet which is perfect for helping the user store all their bathroom essentials in the customized storages and compartments. Other than that, the bathroom cabinet also helps to give an illusion of space since all the bathroom essentials are stored neatly in it. At the same time, there is an IKEA rainfall showerhead that looks like a spa oasis paradise. Nevertheless, it is better than a normal shower head for more water can splash out from it. On the other hand, the GrillesNGlass glass panes are a sight to behold.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit.
