It features a Scandinavian style. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Aestherior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. The unit has a Scandinavian home design that is reflected in its clean, simple lines, minimalism, and functionality without sacrificing beauty. The Scandinavian style can be see in its wood furniture and wood accents. For example, there are plenty of wooden furnishings seen in its living spaces such as on the cabinet, wardrobe and dining table. In terms of aesthetic appeal, the wooden furniture are aesthetically-pleasing and helps to make a perfect statement decor to the living spaces. When it comes to functionality and practicality, the wooden cabinet has multiple storages and compartments to help you to store all your living room essentials. Other than that, it has an open-shelving to help you display the decors on it. On the other hand, there are several modern pendant lights that are the perfect space filler to the ceilings above. Nonetheless, they also help to illuminate the living spaces with its beauty and splendour.
We would recommend the designer and his team because we felt that they are top-notch when it comes to ID designing firms across the Republic of Singapore. Our entire renovation and handover of our home were completed recently and we engaged Aestherior Pte Ltd for this very important task. The Chief Designer was incredibly accommodating and helpful - for example, he explained to us from head to toe the pros and cons of the design so that we are mentally prepared for everything that will come along our way. What's more, the designer and his team were pretty flexible with the prices. For example, they did not charge us a skyrocket price that will burn a hole in our wallets even though they are an established leading firm. Overall, we would like to recommend the designer and his team to homeowners out there who value quality over quantity anytime!
The living room uses an open-space concept for it is situated next to the dining area. Moreover, there are no blocked partitions or walls to divide the two different living spaces. There is a HipVan three-seater L-shaped sofa that looks ergonomic since it has a comfortable fabric and material that is beneficial for backpain sufferers. This L-shaped sofa is also the perfect space filler for the living room. At the same time, the IKEA black coffee table is perfect to place a vase of lovely blooms on it. On the other hand, the Nippon pristine white walls are a striking contrast.
The kitchen has a straight or linear cabinet layout. This straight kitchen design follows a single-wall kitchen layout with counter space on two sides of the cooking place. In terms of aesthetic appeal, this kitchen has a straighforward design because of its wood material. Whats'more, this straight kitchen design has multiple storages and compartments to place in the kitchen essentials such as kitchen knives and much more..etc. But this Speedy Decor kitchen cabinet is unique since it has all the necessary kitchen utensils, like a kitchen sink and a two-stove burner. Moreover, the UrbanMood dining table is built-onto the wall.
The dining area has a LightsAtelier modern chandelier light hanging above the ceiling. The chandelier lights look simplistic and stunning. Moreover, they provide a streak of illumination to the living spaces when darkness falls. Right below the chandelier lights is a black Speedy Decor wooden dining table that looks ergonomic due to the durability of its wood design. This wooden dining table is perfect for a young modern family to dine on. At the same time, there are two Fortytwo dining chairs for the user to sit on. Plus, there is a flexible Hddoor bi-fold door at the kitchen's main entrance.
The bedroom has a Speedy Decor wooden computer desk that has a straightforward and stylish look. The computer desk is suitable for an entire working day. In contrast to a regular desk, this computer desk is meant for home office ergonomic use of a computer. Moreover, the Fortytwo black recliner chair provides sitting comfort for backpain sufferers. On the other hand, there is a Speedy Decor built-in cabinet that has many storage function to place the bedroom essentials. It is also multipurpose since there are drawers from its beneath that help you to store all your clothes and fashion accessories.
The bathroom is akin to your home spa. There is an IKEA rainfall shower head that gives you a pleasant and relaxing shower since a regular shower head will merely splash water to your face. Moreover, this rainfall shower helps to give your bathroom a prestigious style. Beside the rainfall shower is a Ferrara regular shower head for the user to switch to if they get tired of using a rainfall. At the same time, the GrillesNGlass shower glass panes help to give the bathroom a modern and edgy look. On top of that, it also eliminates water from splashing out.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Scandinavian style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect.
