It features a Modern Luxury style. Completed in May 2021 last year, this condo unit at Tampines Arc is streamlined expertly with a modern luxury setup and understated furnishings. Since simplicity is the key here, you see clean lines combined with stunning form and functionality. But similar to a beautiful party confetti box, it is also full of hidden surprises meant to excite and inspire. You see a pop or two of eye-popping color across some of the rooms in this house, from the mood-lifting bright sunny yellow and light pink. In line with its modern luxury theme, this unit uses a generous amount of natural, premium quality earth-bound materials. Here, the designer use light wood as its primary texture, followed closely by marble. Primarily, white is used consistently throughout the house from the ceilings above and some parts of the four walls whilst the secondary color, black is visible in the expensive black marble.
However, although you see many hints of minimalism in the house, they are given a slight makeover, albeit in a playful and sophisticated way. As a result, the look is still simple but eye-catchingly pleasant enough that you want to hire this designer instantly. Transparently speaking, there is no dull moment in this unit.
We would recommend this designer for a Modern Luxury design, albeit with a slight difference. However, be prepared to fork out a little more than usual for the cost of renovation since the designer only uses nothing but only cream-of-the-crop ingredients. A leading example is the black and white marble material since white marble is already pretty expensive by itself. But black marble virtually takes everything to another new level since this variety is the rarer and more expensive among the two. Besides superb quality and craftsmanship, you also get a bunch of very skilled and talented local designers, 100% made in Singapore. Instead of hiring some A-lister hotshot designer from overseas that charges an extravagant price, why not give our local talent a chance? You be surprised, but in a good way, of course! In addition, their style and design is the latest of its kind, in-vogue with what those hip Architecture magazines are featuring now.
For starters, the living room has an ultra-sleek and chic design. The design and arrangement of the furniture are fuss-free and highly organized, which means walkable space on the Futar Italy's Staturio marble flooring is aplenty so that the user and others can move back and through this house seamlessly. This design is also not complicated and easy to apply for different condo units. The designer of this unit cleverly broadened the spaces to give them an illusion of space. But the highlight here is the Marbleture Black Marble dining table. Other than giving the living room ambiance a refined taste, it is also aesthetically pleasing.
The entryway to the living room has an illusion of neverending spaces via the brilliance of the Futar Italy's Staturio natural marble flooring. Due to that, the user will believe and assume that the house is spaciously wide despite its initial lacking of space. In this view, you see only a few objects and furniture. Primarily, such as the sleek-looking LG multidoor stainless steel refrigerator, a vase of fresh blooms, an eclectic-looking three figurines decor, and a couple of photo frames placed directly on the kitchen cabinet countertop. A mixture of color spectra is used - from white, grey, and brown to others.
This bathroom is a more compact size bathroom compared to the other one. Inside here, NuovoCorso Italy's Statuario marble is also used massively throughout the bathing quarters from the walls to the flooring. But the only difference is that instead of black color, white marble becomes an alternative. Just like black marble, white marble can have the super-ability to give the bathroom a sleek and premium-looking appeal. However, the main thing that separates them is the cost factor since black marble is rare and, therefore, more expensive than white marble. Aesthetically pleasing aside, the white illusion of the white marble stone also helps to give the room an illusion of space.
This bathroom is not your standard-ish, cookie-cutter bathroom found in domestic households. For instance, the designer uses Futar's Turkey Samudree Black Marble in massive copious amounts to help elevate the bathroom status to another level so that it becomes fit for royalty. Prestige-aside, the black natural marble also gives the bathroom a super-polished look combined with subtle elegance. Here, the spaces are fully-maximized, with great attention given to every tiny detail. Technically, the mirrors are brought to life in the form of full-mirror cabinets and see-through Gamaresources shower cubicle glass panels to help make the area more spacious for the user.
The bedroom is filled with bright yellow sunny colors that contrast directly with the pitch black accents of the CozyIdeas customized built-in bed cum wardrobe and certain wall parts. The bright yellow sunny colours also put a warm and cheery touch to the entire atmosphere. There is an abundance of built-in storage spaces and shelves in the wardrobe. Thanks largely to this convenience, the user can just grab-and-go any item they want conveniently within arm's reach since this particular wardrobe is also directly linked to the first bedding. This room is unique due to the design and structure of the customized built-in bed cum wardrobe. Other than that, it looks spectacular except a picture could be hung on the empty space of the wall.
Overall, one can conclude and give their thumbs up that the unit is designed expertly for a spacious home despite initially being a moderately compact-sized condo unit. For instance, a leading example is its entryway, bathrooms, to even bedrooms which are space-maximized to the very core by its superb interior design experts team. Transparently speaking, the furniture and random decor are well-coordinated and arranged properly. Because of that, the user can maneuver around easily without worrying about having their walkway blocked by mainly large and cumbersome objects.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. Primarily, the colors used here are minimalistic, pleasant, and straight to the chase. However, the magic touch of some bright colors here and there helps to give it a dash of personality and flavor. Last but not least, we like how skillful and experienced the designer was when using marble since it is not an easy skill to acquire.
