It features a Modern Scandinavian style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, DC Vision Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Scandinavian interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of clean lines together to create a stunning aesthetic that is functional and practical, thanks largely to the massive use of natural Nordic-origin light wood such as beech and oak. Also, do not be surprised to see a neutral palette in a dominant part of its living spaces since flamboyant striking colors are strictly avoided. For starters, there is stylish but minimalist-looking tv feature wall in the living room spaces. Nevertheless, the tv feature wall looks exclusive since it has a smooth white marble laminate finish that could rival the aesthetic beauty of a genuine marble stone despite it being just a laminate finish. This tv feature wall is also on another level since it has decorative fluted wood panels to bring an edge of texture and dynamism.
We would like to recommend DC Vision since they managed to complete the entire renovation much earlier than the original timeframe despite facing some minor hiccups along the way. For example, the Interior Designer or person in charge of this ID project had repeated issues with communication problems since there was a language barrier between them and the workers. For example, some could only speak English while others can only communicate in their native mother tongue Mandarin. However, he was efficient and solved the problem instantly by getting a translator to negotiate and liaise with them politely. On top of that, the Interior Designer did not forget to update us from time to time on the progress and final execution of our renovation unit. Once again, kudos to the team for doing such an amazing job. We would not only enlist your service in the future for the second time, but we will also spread the good word around!
The living room has a large LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Speedy Decor VWalla's smooth white marble-laminate finish tv feature wall. However, this marble-inspired tv feature wall has a rustic oak wood-fluted design that helps to bring some warmth and texture to the living spaces. At the same time, the UrbanMood ROTH Modern TV Console is perfect for space and storage-saving purposes of the living room's TV remote control. Adjacent to the mounted TV wall is a HipVan two-seater sofa set in beige for a couple to watch TV. Plus, the SembawangLightHouse five-blade ceiling fan provides ventilation and light.
The kitchen has a utilitarian-looking galley kitchen layout. Nonetheless, this galley kitchen has not only one but two parallel working sides to help give the user more space to do their domestic kitchen chores. In terms of practicality, this galley kitchen has a Speedy Decor custom-made kitchen cabinet perfect for storage and space-saving functions. It has multiple hidden compartments to help manage the kitchen's essentials in systematic order. At the far end corner, the kitchen has a Hddoor folding door with stylish black frames and see-through glass panes to help provide convenient entry and exit access into the kitchen spaces.
The bedroom has a HipVan Hayden Queen Bed in tan. Moreover, this queen-sized bed is a cut above the rest since it has some texture on its headboard. At the same time, the BedandBasics bedlinen has a neutral palette that complements well with the soft monochrome white fluffy pillows on the bed. However, the Nippon white painted walls behind the bedframe have an eye-popping Comodecor art decor. Plus, the SembawangLightHouse five-blade ceiling fan above the ceiling helps the user to counter the hot and humid bedroom spaces. On the other hand, the mounted TV on the opposite is perfect for viewing pleasure.
The bathroom has a Ferrara rainfall shower head that is perfect for helping to give the user a more pleasant and rewarding shower experience compared to a traditional shower head. Nevertheless, this rainfall showerhead is positioned directly inside a GrillesNGlass see-through glass pane shower cubicle to help keep the bathroom spaces clean and dry. At the same time, the bathroom has a full-mirrored UrbanMood oak wood bathroom cabinet that combines maximum utilitarian and style factors. Plus, the WhiteHorse porcelain tile walls are in pure white to help reflect the maximum-light and give a space illusion in the size-constraint bathroom spaces.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Scandinavian style.
