This unit was the creative epiphany of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Sky Creation Asia Pte. Ltd. Ever since they first came to the local ID market, they have conjured their ID renovation magic wand on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore that will help you redefine the meaning of ID style. In line with its Modern Luxury theme, this unit incorporates a generous amount of natural marble materials. In this case, the classic white Statuario marble is visible in the tv feature wall in the living room spaces. Naturally, the Italy-originated white Statuario marble looks bright and spacious, but it also evokes an understated elegance that is classy but subtle. The living room has an IKEA three-seater armrest sofa that looks natural and polished due to its classic light-grey color surface. Nonetheless, the sofa seater can fit a maximum of three people. There are a couple of vibrant IKEA throw pillows on the sofa for the user to snuggle up when they sit on the sofa seat. The black and white throw pillows contrast with the light-grey color of the sofa seater, like a yin versus yang. There is also plenty of bright spotlights to help illuminate the room. Underneath the sofa set is also a gorgeous carpet that serves as a decor piece.
The bedroom has a stunning walk-in closet which looks bright and spacious. Nevertheless, you can see rows of designer clothes and fashion accessories in the walk-in closet Speedy Decor open-display cabinet. For example, on the bottom, there are stunning pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes on display - while on the second row, there is a lineup of exclusive Yohji Yamamoto suits and dresses for those who are incredibly fashion-forward. In addition, there is also a white-colored suitcase leaning on the wall and a few random shopping bags from different Parisian designer boutiques. On the other hand, the walk-in-closet have some underlights so the user can see their clothes even in the dark.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Luxury style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are decluttered and maximized to full effect. Nonetheless, the designer cleverly used the spaces on the wall instead of building a brand new entertainment center to put the TV.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. The colors used are minimalistic and bright but with an edge that makes your interior a cut above the rest!
