It features a Minimalistic style. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Aestherior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. The unit has a Minimalistic interior design is defined by simple designs, clean-cut lines, and a monochromatic palette with a pop of color as a trademark accent. In general, the Minimalistic interior design usually amalgamates an open-floor plan, plenty of lighting, and functional furniture, and it aims on the shape, colour and texture of just a small number of necessary elements. For starters, the living spaces houses a lot of natural lighting, either in the form of natural sunlight streaming from the large bay windows or the tracklights mounted on the ceiling above. The natural lighting helps to maximize the living spaces and give a space illusion at the same time, since when light reflects on the white walls - the spaces eventually becomes more wider and spacious. At the same time, there are also plenty of functional wood furnishings that are not only aesthetically attractive but practical for daily use.
We would recommend the designer and his team because we felt that they are the bee's knees when it comes to ID designing firms across the Republic of Singapore. Our entire renovation and handover of our home were completed recently and we engaged Aestherior Pte Ltd for this job. The Chief Designer was truly the chosen one for the ID renovation of our hosue. During the interview stage with the team, the Chief Designer in particular managed to successfully impress us to no end with his in depth knowledge and experience in the ID field. For example, he can talk about choosing the right tiling material to the right color scheme with ease, without stumbling unlike some of their competitors who do not walk the talk in their profession. Not only that, the Chief Designer and his team also showed us their portfolio and resume as a testimonial of their credibility.
The balcony has lots of green plants and blooming flowers. There is an IKEA outdoor furniture set that consists of a small foldable wooden table and wooden chairs. The small foldable wooden table and matching chairs are perfect for the user and another person to sit on and relax as they watch the breathtaking view from the large bay windows. In terms of practicality, the foldable furniture is space-efficient as the user can store them away after using. At the same time, there is a Speedy Decor open-shelving wooden cabinet that looks unique but functional for you to display ornaments.
The toilet has a Speedy Decor full-mirrored wooden bathroom cabinet that looks simple and trendy. For example, the wooden cabinet has a straightforward wood design that gives it a rustic but clean-cut look. Moreover, the mirrors on the cabinet are space-maximizing since natural light reflects on the glass mirrors. At the same time, the mirrored-part of the cabinet has built-in LED lights, helping to display a lovely warm glow that is beautifully striking to the eyes. Plus, the built-in LED lights are also more cost-efficient and energy-saving. On the other hand, the Hong Lee light grey ceramic walls are a stark contrast.
The bedroom has a large Megafurniture queen-sized bed that looks spacious and welcoming. Moreover, the bed is perfect for two people to sleep on or those who enjoy sharing their bed with a third party. At the same time, the BeddingAffairs bedsheets have a lovely gingham look that helps to add a touch of character to the bedroom's natural living space. Moreover, the BedandBasics throw pillow has a blooming embroidery design that complements the gingham bedsheets. At the same time, there is a Speedy Decor custom-made wooden wardrobe that has a bright white outlook which helps to maximize the room's spaces.
The living room has an LG Black Screen TV stand positioned on an UrbanMood wooden tv console. The wooden tv console is a warm and welcoming complement to the TV but also is a perfect space filler to fill up the spaces. The LG Black Screen TV helps you to lift your tv easily and to store debris. Moreover, there is an IKEA wooden coffee table that is perfect for placing a vase of blooms or the remote control. Adjacent to the TV stand is a HipVan sofa-seater that has an ergonomic feature since it is soft and comfortable for sitting.
The dining area has Panasonic three-blade ceiling fan hung above the white plastered ceiling. The three-blade ceiling-fan is dual-toned and serves to provide cooling and breezy ventilation to the dining area when it gets humid. Moreover, there is an UrbanMood dining table with a Hong Lee white Statuario marble as its countertop while its bottom legs are pure wood. The four FortyTwo dining chairs are perfect for the user and their loved ones to sit down while they dine in style at the table. At the same time, there is a HouseOfMirrors full-length glass mirror built onto the Nippon white walls.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Minimalistic style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the outdoor furniture set in the balcony area. Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
