It features a Modern Contemporary style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, AC Vision Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Contemporary interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of minimalistic textures and soft color palettes to bring things back to the basics of form and functionality, albeit with an occasional stark contrast of eye-popping color to bring some life and vitality to the spaces. For starters, there was a lot of natural lighting in every nook and corner of the living spaces. Over here, natural lighting comes in the form of sunlight that streams through the picture-perfect large bay windows and energy-efficient lighting fixtures on the ceiling. Naturally, the natural lighting helps to form a reflection on the pristine white walls to maximize and give a space illusion to others despite the unit's compact size. On the contrary, the modern pendant lights and LED lighting is also an undeniable-attractive aesthetic decor with a combined lighting functionality.
We are first-time homeowners who have just completed our first home renovation with AC Vision Design and we must say that the entire process has been a great smooth path throughout! We never expect that a homegrown ID firm from Singapore would display such a tremendous amount of professionalism. For example, our Interior Designer was very helpful and provides great advice in terms of storage, design, and safety precautions. We are grateful that he calculated everything accordingly and reasonably to ensure that the project matches our means and budget. Other than that the Interior Designer is also a creative mastermind and had suggested many creative ideas to help up realize our dream home renovation. Even when we voiced our opinions, he was always calm and managed to work out a solution to counter our difficulties. As a whole, the Interior Designer and his team was the one we are looking for!
The living room has a HipVan two-seater armrest sofa seater set. Nevertheless, the leather sofa set is bright and spacious due to its minimalistic white look and texture. At the same time, there is a SembawangLightHouse three-blade ceiling fan that doubles up as a ventilation lifesaver and illuminating light. Adjacent to the sofa set is an LG Black Screen TV mounted on Hong Lee's white Statuario tv feature marble wall. Nevertheless, the tv feature marble wall looks smooth and elegant-looking when combined with the SpeedyDecor fluted wood embellishment on its side decor. Plus, the ExpressWindows' large bay windows help to bring in sunlight.
The dining area has a LightsAtelier trio of modern pendant lights hanging above the Nippon white plastered ceiling above. Nevertheless, modern pendant lights are not only aesthetically-attractive but they help to provide energy-efficient illumination to living spaces. The UrbanMood classic modern dining table has a faux white marble countertop surface for a small modern family to dine in style and comfort while its legs are well-built since it is made of domestic hardwoods. Complementing this wooden dining table are several FortyTwo dining chairs. At the same time, the Nippon ash-grey painted walls could do with a mounted art decor or two.
The bedroom has an LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Speedy Decor solid-wooden tv feature wall. Nonetheless, the tv feature wall looks firm and will remain timeless and modern-looking for years to come. Plus, this tv feature wall has an open-display section for displaying the small decors in the room. The SpeedyDecor wooden bedframe is minimalistic and chic-looking due to its streamlined and clean design. Other than that, the oak-wood wooden bedframe also doubles up as a bedside table since both pieces of furniture are inter-linked to one another. Plus, the bedframe and bedside table are space-saving to the maximum.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Contemporary style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is an LED-lighted wooden bedframe in the bedroom spaces of the unit. First of all, the LED-lighted bedframe is custom-made and handcrafted to perfection with the best craftsmanship. However, it is not only a mere aesthetic decor, since its most important functionality is to become an alluring-illumination for the user to use during their night-reading.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
