This unit was the creative epiphany of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Beyond Design Pte. Ltd. Ever since they first came to the local ID market, they have conjured their ID renovation magic wand on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore that will help you redefine the meaning of ID style. In line with its Modern Contemporary theme, this unit incorporates a lot of wood embellishments in its surrounding living spaces. A notable example would be the wooden embellishments in its surrounding living spaces. For instance, quality oak wood is visible in its classic dining table, wooden cabinetry, wooden staircase, and multipurpose study table cum cabinetry. Naturally, the oak wood gives a warm and welcoming vibe that is unbeatable compared to other synthetic materials like plastic which produce a dull and lifeless vibe. Nonetheless, this unit also possesses several random pops of vibrant color in its living spaces. For example, on the purple-colored graffiti-inspired bedspreads displayed on the Mega-Furniture bed in the bedroom.

The designer was a pleasure to work with, he listened to our ideas earnestly and provided a well-thought professional opinion accordingly. For example, he explains feedback in detail and will even go further to propose more affordable alternatives whenever it is possible so as bring a lower cost for us. Even though we keep changing the ideas and layout that we wanted, the designer and his team were very patient and responsive. Furthermore, the designer and his team were completely trustworthy with their professional advice.
The dining area has a Speedy Decor dining table which looks elegant and classy. For example, its countertop is made from durable oak wood which gives it a warm and welcoming presence. Other than that, this modern dining table is suitable for a young modern family to dine in style as they sit on the ergonomic-looking dining chairs for hours. The aesthetic beauty of this dining table also means that the user can use it to entertain guests during social gatherings. At the same time, there is a Mylighthouse modern-looking pendant light hanging above the pristine white ceiling.
The living room has an open-space concept as both the dining area and living room are located next to each other. Moreover, there are no wall partitions or divider to block the access or entry between the two different places. There is an IKEA light-grey colored sofa for the user to sit and lie down comfortably as they watch tv on the LG Black Screen TV that is mounted on the Hong Lee's customized wooden tv feature wall. At the same time, the beautiful wooden tv feature wall serves as a distraction from the darkness of the black tv screen.
The bedroom has a MegaFurniture queen-sized bed that is perfect for one and more sleepers since there is plenty of space where they can toss and turn comfortably when they hit the sack at night. Moreover, this type of bed is ideal for those with pets since they can cuddle their pets when they sleep at night. Besides that, the bedsheets are grey and white in color which coincidentally, matches Nippon's pristine light grey walls. On the other hand, there is nature-inspired art decor mounted on the walls above the bedstand. The art decor adds a touch of sustainability to the room's living spaces.
The bedroom has a beautiful SpeedyDecor double-decker bed which means that two people can sleep on the bed. Not only that, it is an excellent way to give the room a clutter-free look. Besides that, a double-decker bed also helps to free up space for a study desk or indoor play area. On the other hand, the staircase which leads up to the upper part of the double-decker bed is strong and durable since it is made up of quality oak wood. Other than that, the staircase also looks aesthetically-pleasing due to the beautiful dark-brown texture of the wood.
The living room has a Speedy Decor customized cabinet that acts as a space filler for the living spaces. But most importantly, it has multiple compartments and storage to help store all the living room essentials. In terms of aesthetics, the cabinet also looks aesthetically pleasing due to its dual-toned color. Sandwiched in the middle of the open shelf of the cabinet are a few random decors. At the same time, there is the main entrance door to go into the living room section. However, there is no door visible - although you can see hints of the IKEA armrest sofa at the corner.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Contemporary style. For example, this unit is designed for a space-enhanced home despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are redefined through the art of decluttering. First, the designer maximized the floor space by inserting a cabinet cum study table in the bedroom. Nevertheless, this factor can be clearly seen in its space-enhanced spaces that are stretched to the very core by the team of interior design experts. Even the furniture and decor are placed strategically and in proper order. So that the user can move around freely and bask in total comfort in their own house without any constraints.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. The colours used are minimalistic and pleasant but with an edge that makes your interior a cut above the rest!
