It features a Modern style. With a sleek and uncluttered style, this chic-looking condo unit is akin to a time portal that takes you back to the Victorian-ish era of the 19th-century era. That is oh-so-true since this unit follows a highly-popular Modern-day design made even more in vogue, especially during the bygone eras of the Gothic, Renaissance and Victorian, of course! Encompassing a semi-spacious width and size, this Modern style unit is also perfectly named Oleander Tower since it is a hot-in-demand, high-rising condo from the Republic of Singapore. This unit uses a Modern Scandavanian style as part of its interior design, whilst its primary texture is a light wood, seconded by natural marble. The wood-based materials give a modern rustic feel to the interior, complementing well with the clean-fluid lines of this particular design. Aside from the wood materials, the primary colour of its interior canvas is white since white symbolizes a modern appeal but is classy altogether too.
The whiteness of the white shade emits natural lighting to the surrounding featured rooms, further magnifying its spark of brightness to give the objects around the house an aura of bespoken luxury and wealth that brings the user closer to the essence of higher living.

The living room is your standard stereotypical type, although it is chic and modern due to the skill and clever expertise of the designer. Inside here, one main thing catches our attention. Other than the Dulux natural white color in the room, we also see clean-fluid lines combined with form and functionality. These unbroken and uninterrupted lines run along every part of the living room and help to give the atmosphere a sleek look. For instance, you see them on the pristine-white ceilings above and the surrounding four corners of the matching white walls. The kitchen is simple and minimalistic, devoid of clutter or unnecessary frills. This clean slate look is backed up mainly by its surrounding white walls, the white ceiling above, and a large-sized white kitchen cabinet. Like the rest of the other rooms, you notice the distinct clean lines, form, and functionality running from one direction to another in a straightforward manner. Furthermore, the kitchen appliances and decor are minimal. But, the designer is also incredibly design/colour savvy due to years of experience and skill. He ensures that the rooms do not have a dull outlook despite playing with a super-safe colour scheme like white. Due to that, everything from the furniture to the decor looks effortlessly chic despite the use of white.
Finally, the spaces in the house are maximized to the very core to give an optical illusion of space. But most importantly, the user can walk around the house without any constraints.
