This unit at Margaret Ville is an existing condominium with an estimated floor area of 1001 sqft. It features a Modern Luxury style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Juz Interior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Luxury design style defined by using only the most important essentials despite having more than an extra dollar to spare. Its beauty lies in the simplicity, sophistication and toned-down design. Accent pieces or a stand-out piece are given a higher priority since it beautifully separates this design style from others. Over here, one of the most noted examples of modern luxury design is in the bathroom spaces. After all, the owner of this unit has expertly utilized natural marble on the bathroom walls. Specifically, Italy's light grey Emperador natural marble since it instantly lifts up the humdrum dullness of the bathroom by giving it a once in a lifetime luxury design makeover. At the same time, the natural marble are also aesthetically attractive and gives the feeling and sensation of a perfect spa traquil oasis paradise in your home.

Naturally, Juz Interior did not disappoint us since they were punctual and showed a sense of responsibility on the first day of our Google chat interview. We also gave them extra brownie points since they were polite and friendly. Nevertheless, we learned that two of our designers are seasoned ID experts. In total, they have more than a decade of leading ID expertise. At the same time, they reassured us that they were the "chosen" one. On top of that, the designers also came well-prepared. They showed us their design proposal based on our requested design theme.
