This unit at La Fiesta is an existing condominium with an estimated floor area of 1000 sqft. It features a Modern Luxury style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Image Creative Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Luxury interior design style symbolized through a mixture of straight and clean lines, devoid of unnecessary frills or fussy detailing. Think straightforward-looking geometric shapes and elegant designs that simply "wow" the socks off everyone that went across its aesthetic beauty. For starters, there is plenty of elaborate-looking but functional high-end decors across the living spaces. Among the most notable examples would be the tv feature wall in the living room spaces. Aesthetically speaking, it is sleek and brimming with sophistication since it cleverly combines fluted dark wood material with a plain light-grey painted wall to give you a perfect combo of modern meets subtle luxury. Likewise, it also helps to bring some dynamism and accent to the living spaces since the large LG black screen TV is monochromatic dull. At the same time, the tv feature wall also creates a focal point.


We are glad that we chose Image Creative Design for the renovation work of our unit. But initially, we have our doubts and fears for we did not know what we are going to expect from this popular and established company since it is the first time we enlisted their service. In the first round of the meeting, he listened and paid attention to our needs and wants since we specified where we wanted the Modern Luxury look. In the following meeting, he explained clearly to us the different activities and the costs involved for all materials and stuff..etc. Nonetheless, we gave the green light to him to proceed with the project. During the renovation, the designer and his team worked very hard to deliver what we want and they were always on time regardless of other busy commitments. He also updated us constantly on the progress and delivered our unit on time.

Here are our opinions on the renovation and design:

1. Bedroom

This bedroom has a Panasonic 60-inch Nanoe X 5-Blade Ceiling Fan hanging above the Nippon white plastered ceiling. Nevertheless, it uses a special Nanoe X technology that captures and removes dangerous viruses, bacteria, odors, and allergens from the living spaces' air. At the same time, the large ExpressWindows bay windows help to bring in lots of natural sunlight and provide the user with better views of the outside environment. But the IKEA Schottis Blocked-Out Pleated Blinds in dark grey is a perfect window covering for those who don't want the harsh sunlight to disturb their sleep when they wake up late.

2. Living Room | LG

The living room has a large LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Speedy Decor hybrid material tv feature wall. Moreover, the tv feature wall is unique since it is a perfect hybrid of Nippon plain light grey wall and an oak wood fluted material. Naturally, the tv feature wall helps to accentuate the aesthetic flair of a simple dark-screen TV. At the same time, the HipVan Tyna Armchair in Peacock Blue velvet helps to make a perfect aesthetic centerpiece and space filler for the living room. Moreover, the HipVan H Ceiling Fan Low Profile Mount in white aluminum is light-reflecting.

Final words

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Luxury style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the high-end decors and furnishings in the living room spaces. One of the most notable examples would be the striking-looking bedsheets in the bedroom area. Likewise, this type of bedsheets are unlike the homogenous plain-white varieties since it has a deep dark blue color that is rich and vibrant, reminiscent of the vast ocean.

Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
