Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Charlotte Carpentry Pte. Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Modern Contemporary theme, this unit incorporated a lot of exposed leg furniture, sofas, ottomans, and chairs. One of the most significant highlights would be its wooden dining table and study table. While having an exposed leg beneath, it has a modern contemporary design that looks sleek and modern while forgoing any unnecessary frills and embellishments. This unit also possesses a lot of wood structures since wood is considered a modern material. After all, wood has an eternal style and will never go out of fashion despite the passing of time. On the other hand, several bold pops of colors bring in a funky edge to the neutral living spaces.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team for they were very responsive, had an exceptional design flair, plus still able to give us the practical aesthetic of a home. Besides that, they were also pretty flexible when it comes to the price of the entire renovation. For example, the designer only charges us accordingly based on the materials that we have used. Unlike some of their competitors out there, they did not try to push their fancy schmancy designs to us just because they wanted to make a quick buck. Other than that, the designer also claimed that he has vast leading experience in the field of ID where he gave us have a look at his portfolio. However, we can vouch on that as he managed to give us a turnout that surpassed beyond out highest expectations. Overall, we would engage Charlotte Carpentry again in the future. We would also recommend them to our loved ones and friends.
The bedroom has a large Mega Furniture queen-size bed that looks comfortably large and inviting. For example, it is perfect for one or a maximum of two sleepers to sleep on it due to its extra space and massive size. Nonetheless, the large LG Black Screen TV is mounted on the Nippon pristine white walls. The mounted TV helps to keep the area tidy and neat while beautifying the place. At the same time, the dark neutral BedandBasics bedsheets contrast with the white walls. The Panasonic three-blade ceiling fan gives ventilation and a cooling breeze when the weather gets too humid.
The bedroom looks whimsical and childlike. It has a HipVan single-sized bed that is perfect for a single sleeper to sleep on and have a restful night. The BedandBasics blue graffiti imprinted bedspreads look striking and put a colorful edge to the neutral surroundings of the bedroom. Moreover, there are also a few random toy plushies decorated on the bed. They are similar to popular childhood characters from the 90s. The Speedy Decor customized cabinet study table allows the user to do some serious studying on the table while the cabinet is suitable for storing all their favorite bedroom essentials.
The dining area has a duo of Mylighthouse modern pendant lights that looks edgy and contemporary due to their one-of-a-kind design. These beautiful lights help illuminate the general area of the spaces so that the atmosphere is not dark and dreary. But, the lights also make a great statement decor and help to beautify the area further. Below the modern pendant lights are a GreyandSanders wooden dining table that looks stylish due to its dual-toned colors and wood design. It is perfect for a young modern family to dine in style and comfort as they sit on matching dining chairs.
The living room has a large LG Black Screen TV mounted on the Speedy Decor customized wooden tv feature wall cum cabinet. The TV feature wall looks chic due to its unique wood designs. Nonetheless, they make an impressive decor piece that will make everyone stop and stare when they come across it. At the same time, the cabinet is also unique since it has lights illuminating beneath its interior. The UrbanMood coffee table is perfect for putting the Far East Flora green pot of plants on it. The Panasonic three-blade ceiling fan brings ventilation and air to the room.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Contemporary style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. One of the most noteworthy examples would be in the living room.
