This unit at FLO RESIDENCE 2 is an existing condominium with an estimated floor area of 968 sqft. It features a Modern Scandinavian style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Juz Interior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Scandinavian interior design style symbolized by using a barely there style that incorporates a mix of textures and natural soft shades to make sophisticated modern decor feels cozy with a welcoming feel. It stresses clean and uncomplicated lines, practicality, and straightforward-looking furnishings that are functional, attractive, and warm. For starters, the designer of this unit utilizes massive natural organic materials such as wood and marble. Naturally, this is most significant in the kitchen area spaces where the designer cleverly incorporates solid wood in its kitchen cabinetry since it is more durable and long-lasting than light wood. Likewise, the incorporation of solid wood is also perfect for this design theme since the designers can easily instruct the carpentry masters to design according to their customized needs. At the same time, this kitchen cabinetry also has easy and convenient access.


After speaking to a few designers, we chose Juz Interior over them because of several primary reasons. First of all, they are professional and responsible. They will redo your design layout even though it takes them multiple times and effort. Second, they will explain everything crystal-clear to you before you enlist their service. They will explain to you about the pros of the renovation and cons as well since clients have to be realistic even though they aim for world-class and quality designs. Not only that, they also answered all our questions and inquiries, from choosing the perfect tiling material to checking where to buy the paint for our unit's color scheme. For example, we appreciate that they went back and forth to the paint store to help us buy our favorite paint color that is unavailable in most hardware stores. Overall, we would like to thank the team for delivering our dream house!

1. Living Room | HipVan

The dining area has a duo of HipVan Erik pendant lamps. Naturally, this ceiling lamp is stunning with a simple aesthetic design. At the same time, it helps to create a luminescent glow of lighting option for space- constraint spaces. But the HipVan Waylon dining table 1.8m is warm and welcoming-looking to help bring a rustic wood aesthetic decor to the living spaces. Moreover, it can withstand the loading pressure of heavy cutleries and is a perfect heirloom for a young modern family. On the other hand, the HipVan Hakon dining armchairs in mocha faux leather are a suitable final touch.

2. Kitchen | Electrolux

The kitchen has an L-shaped kitchen cabinet layout. The L-shaped kitchen layout is excellent for an organized working space since it has easy access to everything. Nevertheless, this L-shaped kitchen layout has a Speedy Decor solid-wood kitchen cabinet with a dual-toned monochromatic palette. At the same time, the kitchen cabinet is unique since it has Yafen LED lighting glowing out from its corners. On top of that, the kitchen cabinet is also built-in with the latest electrical kitchen utilities, like an Electrolux 21L Ultimate-Taste 500 freestanding Electric Oven. It helps the user to cook and bake like a professional chef.

3. Balcony

The balcony is airy and has a breathtaking view of the massive swimming pool from above. Nevertheless, it has a FortuneGate.sg stainless steel railing that is strong and unbreakable despite the harsh weather and climate conditions. Aesthetically speaking, it has a simple and stylish design that is attention-grabbing to others. Meanwhile, the IKEA Runnen Floor Decking Outdoor in artificial grass looks like the real deal and is environmentally sustainable despite being fake. Other than that, it is also easy to clean and maintain at all times. On the other hand, it deserves a HipVan Black Cocoon Swing Chair with an orange cushion.

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Scandinavian style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the high-end decors and furnishings in the living spaces. One of the most notable examples would be the faux outdoor decking grass in the balcony area. Likewise, the cool-looking faux grass is perfect to step and walk on since it looks like the real-deal and is much more sustainable to using real-grown natural grass.

Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
