Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Minimalistic theme, this unit incorporated a lot of simplistic but stylish furniture. For example, the furniture are not only aesthetically-pleasing, but they also combined the highest form and practicality. For example, the sofa-seater set in the living room is cozy and comfortable enough for a young modern family to sit on it. Not only that, it is also sleek and streamlined. Other than that, there is also a pop of multi-hued colors on the porcelain walls of the bathroom. Nonetheless, the bathroom designs help to add dynamic and texture to the living spaces. On the other hand, wood is predominantly used in the high-end furnishings. After all, wood is hip and is in vogue with the minimalistic theme since it is suitable for all kinds of furniture, be it the kitchen cabinet or wardrobe. Wood is also used because it has a durability and long-lastingness.

The living room has an open-space concept since it is located next to the dining room. Whatsmore, there are no walls or partitions to block the access between the two living places. However, there are two different design UrbanMood dining tables that look simple but minimalistic. For example, the dining table on the left has a Frontiera set of fine dining cutleries. Nevertheless, the dining cutleries are perfect for a social gathering or a special occasion. Hanging on top of the dining table is a LightVault pendant light that helps to illuminate the living spaces besides being a statement decor.
The toilet has a Hoe Kee white ceramic toilet bowl that looks bright and sleek. Nonetheless, the toilet bowl has a self auto flush system that helps to flush down all the impurities instantly. At the same time, the walls on the toilet has a backsplash of Hong Lee porcelain tiles. The porcelain tiles are unique as they have an intricate multi-geometric designs that is an eye-candy at first sight. For example, there is an LG Smart Auto fridge to help store all the fresh and perishable raw foods in the chiller so that they are kept fresh 24/7 while having energy-efficiency features at the same time.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Minimalistic style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the striking porcelain walls in the bathroom quarters. Nonetheless, the porcelain walls have an elaborately designed graphic image that pops out compared to the other regular bathroom utilities.
