Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Fineline Design Pte. Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Modern Contemporary theme, this unit incorporated a lot of wood materials in its living spaces. Naturally, wood is used in practically 100% of living spaces. Over here, wood is visible in its living room, bedroom, and much more since wood is much easier to work with compared to brick. That's why you see so many homes still being built with wood. Moreover, a wooden home could also be demolished in a fraction of the time it might take to build a home with bricks and concrete. Wooden structures are also easier to modify from their original structure. Nonetheless, wood is also better for the environment compared to plastic.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team since they took good care of our house from start to end. The designer was always proactive with the designs of the house, suggesting unique design recommendations that help to accentuate the beauty of our dream abode even further. His attention to detail and working experience is beyond remarkable. However like with every ID firm in the market, there were some obstacles along the way. Fineline is probably not your ideal choice for those who are on a tight budget, but his exceptional quality and service made the results a smooth transition and an amazing exemplary experience( especially with the amount of work he had to do with our unit). For Fineline's service, their finest asset was that they were willing to go the extra mile to do the job for us - come rain or shine. Due to that, they are the top dog for this job!
The dining area has an open-space concept since it is situated next to the kitchen. Moreover, you will notice there are no partitions or walls to block access to these two places. But what makes this dining area a cut above the rest are the set of fine dining wine glasses displayed upside down and hung on top of the glass storage. At the bottom of the wine glass set are the Speedy Decor wooden dining table so that a young modern family can dine in style and comfort as they sit on the four IKEA bar stool chairs for hours.

Nonetheless, the random decors are displayed attractively inside the open shelves, such as a pot of green plant, a picture, and a bottle of antibacterial hand wash. On the cabinet's countertop are a duo of White Horse ceramic washing sink for the user's hand hygiene purpose.
The bedroom looks bright and cheery looking. It has a large and invitingly spacious MegaFurniture queen-sized bed that is perfectly cozy enough for one or two sleepers at maximum. For example, they can toss and stretch their back comfortably when they want to hit the sack at night. Moreover, the large LG Black Screen TV is conveniently-mounted on the Speedy Decor wood-panelling tv feature wall. Moreover, the wood-paneling walls also complement the TV feature wall. Mounted on top of the walls above is a Panasonic white aircon to provide a cool ventilation and breeze to the living spaces when it gets humid.
