This unit at Compassvale Boardwalk is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 1216 sqft. It features a Scandinavian style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Posh Living Interior Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Scandinavian interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of textures and natural light hues to create an elegant, modern decor that feels fuzzy and welcoming. Typically, it also stresses clean-cut lines, practicality, and basic furnishings that are convenient, aesthetically attractive, and comfortable. For starters, an attention-grabbing piece of furniture would be the galley-shaped kitchen cabinet in the kitchen spaces. Naturally, this kitchen cabinet is an edge over others due to its productivity-focused galley-shaped design that helps with a more mainstream working space. Aesthetically speaking, this kitchen cabinet has a warm and inviting look thanks to its eco-friendly wood material. In addition, this kitchen cabinet also has the added bonus of LED lights that produce an alluring soft glow that helps illuminate the dark corners of the working space, especially when the user is cooking on the stove.
Despite having recommendations from friends & family on other IDs, we had a tough time deciding which ID to go with since we did not want to make the wrong decision. Ultimately, we went with Posh Living Interior Design whom we came across via their social media page on the internet. We chose this leading and extremely popular design company because we like how they presented their design-layout plan to us. For example, they impressed us with their mind-blowing ideas on how to enhance the pre-renovated unit to become the dream house we have always envisioned. Another thing we like about them is that they did not try to use any dodgy sales gimmicks or marketing tactics to push us into buying their designs. However, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there were several minor hiccups along the way. But the team managed to solve the problem instantly and efficiently.

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Scandinavian style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the tv feature wall across the living room spaces. This piece of decor cum furniture have a "one-of-a-kind" design that looks like it came out of an artist's canvas due to its hybrid material. On top of that, they provide the perfect storage and space-saving compartments to help keep the LG Black Screen TV well-positioned.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
