This unit at Blk 145 Bishan St 11 is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 904 sqft. It features a Modern Scandinavian style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, DC Vision Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Scandinavian interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of clean lines together to create a stunning aesthetic that is functional and practical, thanks largely to the massive use of natural Nordic-origin light wood such as beech and oak. Also, do not be surprised to see a neutral palette in a dominant part of its living spaces since flamboyant striking colors are strictly avoided. For starters, there is a stylish but utilitarian-designed wooden cabinet in the dining area. Nevertheless, the wooden cabinet has various attractive-looking interior and exterior storage for helping the user to store their dining essentials. However, the icing on the cake of this wooden cabinet is its glass-made wine storage open display compartment since you can store your wine collection securely inside. At the same time, the user can also admire the aesthetics of its display.

The living room has a large LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Speedy Decor custom-made wooden tv feature wall. 2. Dining Area

The dining area has several Comodecor art decors mounted on the Nippon white-painted walls. Not only that, they are the perfect choice for your dining area since they help to add aesthetic decor and fill up dull and empty wall space. Right below the modern pendant lights is an UrbanMood dining table which is essential for helping a young modern family to dine in style and comfort since it is well-built and can last for years to come. As a striking balance to this dining table are two simple-looking FortyTwo dining chairs with firm and cozy white-cushioned seating to sit on.

3. Kitchen | FortyTwo

The kitchen has an L-shaped kitchen cabinet layout. Nonetheless, this Speedy Decor kitchen cabinet combines functionality with glamour to give you maximum storage and space-saving functions via its well-designed compartments. In terms of aesthetic flair, this kitchen cabinet has a dual-toned color that looks ultra-pleasant but simplistic altogether. At the same time, the kitchen has a FortyTwo Coella Faux Fur carpet to help as a beautiful aesthetic decor and a platform for the user to dry their feet. On the other hand, there are random pots of green plants on the countertop surface for a touch of sustainability and oxygen.
