This unit at Bedok is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 1150 sqft. It features a Modern Minimalist style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Image Creative Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Minimalist interior design style that bears a similar resemblance to Modern Interior design and involves using limited essentials to create a straightforward and clean space. It features simple, clean lines, and a monochrome hue with color used as a trademark. For starters, there is plenty of functional but high-end decor across the living spaces. Among the most notable examples would be the wood-paneling tv feature wall used in the living room spaces. Aesthetically speaking, it is modern but edgy due to the use of natural wood. However, the wood paneling helps to make the room soundproof so that the user and their family can have some quiet privacy. Likewise, it is also multifunctional since there is an open display cabinet for helping with storage and space-saving purpose, especially with highlighting the beauty of the room's display decors.

However, we found out that most of these were true reviews for the designers and their team turned out to be very warm, friendly, and approachable when they met us. Not only that, but they also have also prepared a winning design proposal that convinced us to choose them over other rival ID companies. They explained to us everything that we wanted to know from the design tiling, color layout, and also most importantly, the price quotation.

2. Living Room | LG

The living room has a large LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Direct Carpentry wood panel tv-feature wall. Moreover, the tv feature wall is unique since its wood paneling design has decorative purposes and is excellent for helping to make the room soundproof. Naturally, the open-display cabinet can help accentuate the beauty and visibility of the display decors inside. At the same time, the HipVan 4 Seater Sofa in Slate fabric is spacious and imparts more comfort for the seater to sit and relax on. Moreover, the IKEA white recessed spotlights help to bring a touch of illumination to the room.

1. Dining Area

The dining area has a Yafen four spots track lights in black mounted above the Nippon white plastered ceiling. Naturally, the track lights are simple-looking and straightforward in design. At the same time, it helps to create a powerful lighting option for smaller spaces. But right below the track lights is a HipVan Carson Marble Dining Table, which looks classy due to the smooth and polished countertop surface. The dining table is also suitable for the user and their family to dine on in style and comfort. On the other hand, the Comodecor art decors add a minimalistic and aesthetic touch.

3. Bedroom

This bedroom has a Katana Queen Bed. Nevertheless, this bed is a cut above conventional beds since it has no bedframe. Therefore, it helps to free up space in the room. At the same time, the Direct Carpentry feature wall behind the bed looks edgy and gorgeous-looking due to its wood paneling design. Adjacent to the bed is a large LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Direct Carpentry wood-paneling tv feature wall design. Nevertheless, the wood paneling helps to accentuate the beauty and aesthetic decor of the LG Black Screen TV since it uses premium-quality and engineered oak wood.

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Minimalist style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the high-end decors and furnishings in the living room spaces. One of the most notable examples would be the alluring-looking modern marble dining table in the dining room area. Likewise, this type of marble dining table is unique since it uses the highly-popular and exclusive Italy's white Statuario marble on its countertop surface instead of faux-marble.

Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
