It features a Modern style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Key Concept Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern interior design style symbolized by a using a mix of textures and soft hues to make the modern decor feels warm and welcoming. It uses clean lines, utility, and sleek furnishings that are practical, stunning, and comfortable. For starters, there is a LG Black Screen TV mounted on a wood-textured tv feature wall. Nevertheless, the wood textured tv feature wall helps to add dynamic and substance to the surrounding area sicne the grittyness and coarseness of the wood is different compared to the smooth surface of a regular painted wall. Not only that, wood is not only built for modern embellishments, but it has a warm and welcoming feel that makes a home truly livable. At the same time, the wood tv feature wall stands out from the rest for they have built-in LED lights that glows from the corners.
We would recommend the designer and his team because we felt that they are the best bet when it comes to ID designing firms across the Republic of Singapore. Our entire renovation and handover of our home were completed recently and we engaged Ascend Design Pte Ltd for this job. For starters, the designer in charge of our ID project was honest and trustworthy from the beginning to the end. However, there were some minor obstacles due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For example, the designer and his team experienced a shortage of manpower for a brief while. Nonetheless, some of the workers were reluctant to come to the worksite for they fear of the Covid-19 virus. However, this problem was resolved promptly for the designer had backup workers, thanks to their good communication skills and good relationship with others. Overall, we would recommend them to those looking for quality designs!
The living room has an LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Speedy Decor grey-colored wood panel wall. Meanwhile, the LG Black Screen TV is the most cutting-edge in the market since the user can watch all the latest Netflix movies. At the same time, the HipVan light-blue color two-seater sofa set provides cozy and comfortable seating for the user to sit on ergonomically. The BedandBasics throw pillows on it help to accentuate the beauty of the sofa-seater. The UrbanMood coffee table is perfect to put on a vase of lovely blooms or to have a high-tea of coffee and cookies.
The bedroom has a MegaFurniture queen-sized bed. Nonetheless, the bed looks cushy and inviting, which is perfect for two people to sleep on it. The BeddingAffairs bedsheets have a neutral color palette that is a perfect complement to the room's natural ambiance. Whatsmore, the soft fluffy pillows and throw pillows are also color-coordinated with the bedsheets. On the other hand, there is a duo of LightsAtelier bedside pendant lights that help to provide a dim romantic illumination to the user when they are reading or chilling on the bed at night. The green plants help to bring in a touch of sustainability.
The toilet has a Ferrara rainfall shower head that helps to give the user a more pleasant spa-like shower compared to a regular shower head. After all, a regular shower head will just drizzle water into your face as you bathe. At the same time, there is also an IKEA regular shower head next to the rainfall shower. Nevertheless, the regular shower head allows the user to switch to an alternative bathing experience if they are tired of using a rainfall shower. On the other hand, the GlassNGrilles glass panes allow the user to shower without having to make the floor wet.
The dining area has a rustic-looking wood panel wall that helps to bring some dynamic substance to the entire living space. Moreover, the wood texture is also warm and welcoming compared to a simple painted wall. The UrbanMood wooden dining table looks aesthetically attractive but is long-lasting since it has a Hong Lee white Statuario marble countertop. Therefore, this dining table will make a precious family heirloom that will last for generations. Plus, the duo of FortyTwo dining chairs are ergonomic. The IKEA tracklights help to illuminate the entire living space when it gets dark, while the green plants are sustainable.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the mounted TV in the living room spaces. The TV is mounted on a Speedy Decor wood textured walls to give it a clean and neat appearance. Other than that, it also helps to add dynamic and substance to the surrounding area since the wood panel has a gritty texture that is different from a smooth wall surface.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
