This unit at 98A TELOK BLANGAH is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 1150 sqft. It features a Tropical style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Image Creative Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Tropical interior design style that is much brighter, bolder, and upliftingly cheery than the run-of-the-mill coastal decor. Picture swaying palm trees, sandy white beaches, plenty of lovely pink hues, sea green, and the color of ocean blue. The color palette of tropical style design is very much in the same line as Coastal decor but with an extra dose of bright green, turquoise, hot pink, and warm yellow. For starters, there is plenty of nature-inspired but attractive-looking decor across the living spaces. Among the most notable examples would be the gorgeous 3D wallpaper in bedroom spaces. Aesthetically speaking, it has a tropical jungle paradise look that instantly transports the user deep into its nature-driven enclave. Functionality aside, this wallpaper is easier to maintain than a plain painted wall since you can peel it off after it has worn out.

However, in the beginning, we are not sure whether we have made the right choice for we did not know much about the company Image Creative Design other than through the recommendations of close friends. According to some close contacts of ours, they said that the designers in Image Creative have done a splendid renovation job for their Modern luxury design. Nevertheless, we can give our testimonial with this backed-up fact since the designers have done a wonderful job with our unit as well. For example, everything from tiling to the color design scheme was executed perfectly. Moreover, the designers were honest and straightforward for they advised us to be realistic with their strengths despite everyone knowing they are award-winning. Price-wise was also commendable for they gave us a reasonable quotation.

1. Living Room | HipVan

The living room has a HipVan one-armrest seater sofa in cream white that looks attractive in a non-traditional way. Moreover, this sofa-seater helps free up more floor space than a massive-sized traditional design sofa. Nevertheless, the XingFloors vinyl wood flooring can withstand high traffic since it is premium engineered maple wood. At the same time, the IKEA white recessed spotlights are aesthetically pleasing despite their simple design. Moreover, the Panasonic aircon in white has anti-bacterial busting technology to help remove mild odor and germs from the air space. On the other hand, the HipVan green plants provide a touch of nature.

2. Kitchen | Speedy Decor

The kitchen has a galley-shaped kitchen cabinet layout. The galley-shaped kitchen layout is excellent for an organized working space since it has two parallel sides. Nevertheless, this galley-shaped kitchen layout has a Speedy Decor solid-wood kitchen cabinet with a striking teal green and brown wood design that perfectly amalgamates together. At the same time, the backsplash of the kitchen walls has a nature-inspired porcelain design. On top of that, the kitchen cabinet is also built-in with the latest electrical kitchen utilities, like an Electrolux 68L Ultimate Taste 300 built-in oven for multifunctional-cooking and an LG stainless-steel chimney hood for clean air.

3. Bedroom

This bedroom has an Etsy Queen Upholstered Bed. Nevertheless, this bed is a cut above conventional beds since it has a lovely design and color on its bedframe. Naturally, this bed has a HipVan "Dream" series mattress to help with the space-filling of the bed. At the same time, the Wallhub 3D wallpaper is striking due to its vibrant tropical jungle design imprint that is a feast for the eyes of the user. On the other hand, the Panasonic five-blade ceiling fan helps to circulate a breeze of air across the living spaces. Plus, it is more energy-saving compared to other fans.

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Tropical style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the high-end decors and furnishings in the living room spaces. One of the most notable examples would be the random pots of green plants in the living room area. Likewise, these organic cultivated green plants helps to soften and beautify the look of the other wooden furnishings and bring a touch of nature-inspired home decor.

Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
