This unit at 804 Keat Hong Close is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 1000 sqft. It features a Scandinavian style. This unit oozes plenty of irresistible Nordic charm. Typical in the Scandinavian style, the primary texture is natural light wood, followed closely by marble. Natural light wood such as beech, ash, and pine are used at large since most Scandinavians are staunch nature enthusiasts and deeply value the time spent outside in the forest. Meanwhile, hints of natural marble stone are visible on the floor since marble is an ancient Scandinavian earth-bound mineral that has already seen its presence in the houses of its people since the early days. The primary colors used are white, seconded by black and light pastel colors of pink. Primarily, this factor is because white is linked to clean lines and simple form and functionality. At the same time, deep dark hues like pitch black become part of the unit's color palette charm since high contrasts are the trademark of Scandinavian interior design. Aside from that, you also see plenty of pastel light pink or rose colors since they put a modern touch to the conventional Scandinavian style. In terms of space-maximizing, you see ample spacious and widened space due to the clever space-widening techniques of the designer since these are also hallmarks of a typical Nordic.

We would like to recommend this designer for a classic Scandinavian design topped with a modern edge since you see shades of pink instead of the complete stark white. Other than that, we also feel that the designer has done a terrific job in the entire renovation. For instance, everything from head to toe is eye-candy perfect. Whether it is the decor, furniture, or even on some of the random objects that are visible across the room. We also recommend this designer if you are someone who is fond of the color pink. Especially, if you are of the fairer sex and you like to embrace your feminity or girlish side. However, pink doesn't have to be stereotyped according to gender since some boys like the color pink too. For instance, those who are flamboyant and daring at the same time. We also recommend this designer and his amazing team, since they are also the best bang for the buck.

1. Bedroom

The bedroom has plenty of Dulux natural white and light pink hues. For instance, this factor can give a modern edginess to the traditional Scandanavian design of fully-painted off whites. Notice that the neutral-colored bed is conveniently situated next to the SpeedyDecor customized dual-toned wardrobe, which means that everything is within arm's reach. For starters, the user can take anything from there based on their whim and fancy, albeit without having to walk back and forth. For instance, how about a nice pair of silk pajamas to slip on before tucking into bed? The choice is yours since convenience is just a doorstep away.

2. Toilet

From a single glance, the bathroom looks standard and simple looking. But the only difference is that the simplicity is cleverly-contrasted with plenty of Dulux natural whites and light pink hues. The stark whiteness in the bathroom adds a soothing and pleasant feeling to the bathroom so that the user can enjoy their moment of bliss and sheer enjoyment ala aromatherapy style, albeit without having to sweat about the unnecessary small stuff of the world. Meanwhile, the pinks add a sense of feminity and ala girlish touch to the entire atmosphere. The Axordesign customzied dotted-designed above counter washing sink also helps the user to express their individualism.

3. Living Room | IKEA

The living room follows a traditional Scandinavian style. For instance, you can see that the furniture and surrounding decor all have something in common. There are several reasons, of course. First, the objects are brilliantly decreased in size to the point that they initially look big in the beginning but are space-widened so effectively that they now look like your standard simple form. Second, the IKEA sofa armrest furniture and decor are fuss-free and minimal. Due to that, you do not see any frills or elaborate decorations peeking out of it, such as outlandish fabric. Third, there is also ample space to walk on the floor although the room could be improved with a random picture or two hung on the walls.

4. Living Room | Dulux

From this angle, you can see an entryway that leads you into the living room. For starters, the entryway has a GamaResources sliding door made of glass, complete with black-colored door frames. Additionally, the entryway is half-opened so that the user can make their formal entrance into the living room or into the other side, vice-versa. In this room, nearly everything is Dulux natural white except for the furniture and few random decor on the white-colored cabinet. There is a black-colored laptop lying on top of the neutral colored table. Sitting side-by-side to the black-colored laptop is a magazine spread open to give an aesthetic decor vibe to the room.

5. Kitchen | LG

The dining table is situated conveniently next to the SpeedyDecor customized kitchen cabinet. For starters, this means the user can cook tons of delicious meals in the LG oven, such as roasting a chicken ala Jamie Oliver's style. After cooking, they can immediately serve the meals on the dining table where everyone in the family can eat and enjoy a good time. Simultaneously, the LG refrigerator is also conveniently situated next to the MySeat customized dining table. Due to that, the user can head to the refrigerator and take whatever raw foods they want, such as fish, chicken, and vegetables, albeit without having to walk back and thru.

Final words

Overall, one can conclude and give a top and staunch viewpoint that the unit is designed expertly for a typical Scandinavian-styled home despite the initially limited spaces. For instance, this feature can be seen in its space-enhanced spaces that are maximized to the very limit that it cannot stretch further anymore. Other than that, the team of interior design experts has also placed the furniture and decor strategically ala in proper arrangement to keep in line with the clean and minimally fluid movements of this Scandinavian style. For instance, this is being done so that it is sufficient to place furniture across the room. Most importantly, it preserves the room's natural aesthetics and helps the user to move around freely, albeit without the fear of knocking into sharp objects and things.

Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. The colors used are Nordic-style and pleasant to look at, but with a touch of feminine pinks.
