It features a Modern style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Totz Terior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of different textures and soft color palettes to make a simple, modern decor back to the basics. It stresses minimalistic and clean functionality and basic furnishings that are practical, stunning, and comfortable altogether. For starters, the designer utilizes plenty of built-in LED lighting in its furnishings and embellishments. One of the most notable example would be the LED lighted vanity mirror in the bathroom quarters. We would recommend the designer and his team because we felt that they are the best bet when it comes to ID designing firms across the Republic of Singapore. Our entire renovation and handover of our home were completed recently and we engaged Totz Terior Pte Ltd for this job. For starters, the designer in charge of our ID project was truly impressive and a person we could count our backs on because he did an impressively mind-blowing job on our drab unit. However, the Chief Designer did not simply push his fancy designs on us just because he wanted to make a quick buck on his clients. At the same time, he was also honest and trustworthy. For example, he was always punctual and was never late to the ID renovation site - come rain or shine. Overall, we would recommend them for quality designs with a reasonable price!
The kitchen has a straight layout kitchen cabinet. Moreover, the kitchen cabinet has a Speedy Decor custom-made cabinet. Appearance-wise, the kitchen cabinet looks breathtaking since it has a welcoming wooden appearance due to it being a product of natural sustainable oak wood. In terms of utilities, this kitchen cabinet has built-in LED lights that makes a statement decor to the living spaces since the warm glowy LED lights resemble fairy lights. Moreover, the lights help the user to save a lot of electricity bills due to its energy-efficiency. On the other hand, there is also a LG Smart Auto fridge.
The dining area has a LightsAtelier modern pendant light that helps to reduce glare and eye strain. Furthermore, the pendant lights are a space-saving and efficient light source to help spice up your space. The UrbanMood wooden dining table is strong and durable. Plus, the FortyTwo dining chairs are perfect to sit on. On the other hand, there is a white Panasonic aircon to help bring in some cool ventilation and airy breeze. At the same time, there was a Hddoor solid door to help bring some safety and security to the house so that break-ins and thefts are prevented.
The living room has an LG Black Screen TV mounted on a classic Nippon white painted tv feature wall. Meanwhile, the UrbanMood wooden tv console is perfect for the storage of the remote control. At the same time, the HipVan three-seater armrest sofa set provides durability since a piece of furniture is a long-term investment. The UrbanMood coffee table is perfect for putting a vase of flowers on it. The ExpressWindows regular windows help to bring in a streak of illumination to the living spaces, while the Shadespace curtains help to filter in the dangerous UV rays that come in.
The bathroom looks simple and classy-looking. There is an IKEA stainless-steel shower head that brings in a pleasant and refreshing sense of bath experience to the user. Not only that, the shower head is also ergonomic which means that the user can hold its handle comfortably while showering, albeit wihout having to injure their hand. At the same time, the GrillesNGlass glass shower panes helps to protect water from splashing out into the dry area. On the other hand, the IKEA round shaped mirror has built-in LED lights to help to illuminate the dark corners of the bathroom quarters.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the LED lighted furnishings in the living room spaces. The LED lighted furnishings and embellishments help to bring in a streak of illumination to the living spaces when natural sunlight is not present during the night. Not only that, the LED lighted furnishings are energy efficient and help with the energy saving of the house bills.
