Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Lome Interior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Modern Luxury theme, this unit incorporated many wood embellishments in its living spaces. For example, it is visible in its oak wood kitchen cabinetry and tv feature walls. As a matter of fact, only the highest quality wood is visible since it is the Modern Luxury theme, after all. Furthermore, the premium-quality wood is used for the high-end furnishings, which looks more aesthetically pleasing and classy looking compared to other cookie-cutter types. To help accentuate the Modern Luxury look even further, several bold pops of color and striking modern art decor are visible across the walls and study table in the bedroom.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team for they offer good value for money despite being a pretty well-known and leading ID renovation firm in Singapore. Moreover, we envisioned that they initially will charge us a hefty and skyrocket high price since we wanted premium materials to match our Modern Luxury look. But instead, the designer and his team gave us a pretty good deal that is quite reasonable for the number and standard quality of materials we requested them to provide. As a result, we got the best bang for the buck compared to other of their similar competitors who tried their very best to burn a hole in our wallets and force us to buy their fancy-schmancy designs. Therefore, we are pleased with their honest ethical attitude which deserves a worthy thumbs up considering that many clients were having financial problems due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
The living room has a striking CarpentryWork wooden tv feature wall. Nonetheless, it also doubles up as a cabinet cum wooden tv console. Mounted on the wooden tv feature wall is a large LG Black Screen TV which is of the latest kind in the market. But what makes this furniture unique is that there are lights illuminating from its interior so that the decors are visibly displayed. Adjacent to the TV is a MegaFurniture three-seater armrest sofa. There is a Panasonic three-blade ceiling fan to help bring in air and cooling breeze to the living spaces when it gets humid.
The kitchen looks spacious and inviting. Nevertheless, there is Speedy Decor customized kitchen cabinet that is the perfect space filler due to its unique design layout. Whatsmore, there are a duo of Modern looking art that is inspirationally-drawn from the late Jackson Pollock. The art decors helps to bring a touch of flamboyant and depth to the bedroom's living spaces. At the same time, the Panasonic three-blade ceiling fan helps to provide ventilation and a cooling breeze to the room when it gets humid. Nonetheless, the IKEA spotlights bring in a streak of white illumination.
The bathroom has an Econflo white seat-on ceramic toilet. Nonetheless, it is perfect for those urgent privacy needs or when nature calls.
