It features a Modern style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Ovon Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of minimalistic textures and soft color palettes to make a simple, modern decor a cut above the rest from the cookie-cutter norm. For starters, there is plenty of natural lighting in the living spaces across the unit. A notable example would be the built-in LED lighting positioned on the ceiling and the high-end wooden furnishings. Naturally, the LED lighting is more energy-efficient and low-cost compared to other types of traditional lighting. On top of that, the LED lighting also helps to provide instant lighting and the ability to withstand frequent turning on. On the contrary, there is also a Yamaha Clavinova digital piano positioned against the wall next to the wooden tv feature wall cum cabinet. Firstly, the Chief Designer cum leader in charge of this project for giving us plenty of suggestions during our very first appointment with Ovon Design. He had leading years of vast experience in the field of ID and was able to answer all our questions and concerns regarding the pros and cons of our house renovation. Secondly, also to the Chief Designer and his entire team for being very quick to our inquiries and questions. The Chief Designer worked side-by-side closely with the many skilled contractors and gave his best efforts to make sure that the renovation works were completed on time. So, we recommend them to homeowners who want quality work and design!

The bedroom has a SoonTeck Woodworks wooden double-decker bed that looks space and storage-saving due to its unique design. On top of that, they are cost-effective because you do not have to buy two separate standard-sized beds that take up a lot of space and money. Moreover, bunk beds are more fun when compared to sleeping on a regular bed. At the same time, this bunk bed is also multipurpose since it is cleverly linked together with a wooden study table. The study table is perfect for helping the user to do some serious work while they sit on the FortyTwo chair.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the eye-catching black Yamaha Clavinova digital piano positioned next to the wooden tv feature wall cum cabinet in the living room. The digital piano is the perfect space filler to fill the dull and uninteresting spaces. After all, the piano makes the grand centerpiece for the living spaces since it is an expensive piece of instrument.
