It features a Minimalistic style. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Ascend Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Minimalistic theme, this unit incorporated a lot of simple furnishings in its living spaces. For example, most of the furniture in the interior are streamlined and sleek-looking. Therefore, there are no gaudy or tacky embellishments on the design of the furniture that are reminiscent to an over-the-top icing cake. For example, the L-shaped sofa seater in the living room. Nonetheless, it has only one practical purpose; that is to provide an ergonomically comfortable seating for the user and their loved ones. Other than that, the minimalistic design can also be seen on the mounted TV in the living room. The TV is mounted on a white Nippon pristine white walls instead of some elaborately designed marble tv feature wall. As a whole, white helps to maximize the living spaces and give an illusion of spaces to the living spaces. On the other hand, this unit has plenty of large bay windows.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team for we honestly think they are the holy grail of designing in Singapore. For example, this factor can be shown in their inspirational design background cum credentials and years of leading experience in this particular niche. Not only that, but the company is also pretty easygoing with the prices. Unlike some of their similar competitors, they are not overly demanding ID firms who will charge you a skyrocketing wallet-burning price. As a client to this ID firm, the best bet is to communicate with them nicely and tell them your woes, such as you are facing financial difficulties and such..etc. As for us, we managed to come up with a win-win situation that benefits both parties. In terms of customer service, we have never come across a company as genuine as them. For example, they provide us with an after-sales service.
The living room has an LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Nippon-pristine white wall. The mounted TV helps to give your entertainment area a much cleaner and less cluttered environment. The bedroom has a large Megafurniture queen-sized bed that looks spacious and welcoming. Moreover, the bed is perfect for two people to sleep on or those who enjoy sharing their bed with a third party. At the same time, the IKEA bedsheets are pristine white to complement with the natural surroundings of the bedroom living spaces. Meanwhile the beautiful ExpressWindows large bay windows are perfect for helping to bring in a streak of illumination. On the other hand, there is also a LightsAtelier modern chandelier lights to help light up the bedroom when there is not enough of natural illumination.
The kitchen has an open-space concept as the dining area is situated next to the kitchen. Moreover, there are no open partitions to seperate the different living spaces from one another. Nonetheless, there is an UrbanMood marble dining table that has a smooth and glossy surface due to its marble material. Whatsmore, there are a couple of Fortytwo dining chairs that look ergonomically comfortable and sturdy. On the other hand, the kitchen cabinet is integrated with all the latest and most groundbreaking LG technologies. For example, it has a LG exhaust hood that helps to get rid of foul kitchen odours.
The bathroom has a Speedy Decor customized bathroom cabinet that looks simple and stylish. Naturally, it is sturdy and durable since it is made from oak wood. In terms of functionality, it is convenient for helping the user to store all the bathroom essentials in its storages and compartments. At the same time, the duo of IKEA mirrors are perfect for helping the user to groom their pretty-self before heading to work or school. On the other hand, there is a light blue Hddoor solid wood door that is long-lasting and helps to guard the privacy of the user in the bathroom.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Minimalistic style.
