If clean lines, functional furnishings, and a neutral palette are what you are looking for, then perhaps you can take a look at this unique Modern Scandinavian unit with a slight edge in cosmopolitan Singapore. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Todz Terior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Modern Scandinavian theme, this unit incorporated a lot of wood furniture and wood accents. For example, wood is used in its various Scandinavian-style furnishings to flooring. Naturally, this results in a stunningly impressive wood design that is simple but combines form and practicality so that the user can use them in daily life. Take, for example, the wooden cabinet near the main entrance of the hallway. The wooden cabinet is not only sturdy and durable, but it has the uniqueness of LED lighting that glows on the display decors so that people can appreciate their beauty more clearly. Plus, the sleek and streamlined design of this cabinet makes it the perfect statement decor and space filler in the hallway.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team for they are exceptional and a cut above the rest. For example, they successfully displayed their knowledge of ID renovation during our first introduction meeting with them through Google Meet. From there, we asked them various questions regarding ID, and surprisingly, they managed to impress us tremendously with the basics of ID to the most complex of things which they managed to explain to us in detailed layman's terms. To add on to their credibility, we also googled the Chief Designer's background and portfolio and found out that he has years of credible ID experience having designed for clients of all types of unit statures and sizes. However, there were some obstacles faced by us due to the Covid-19 pandemic. For example, we did not have much budget but still want quality which this amazing ID team solved for us instantly.
The living room looks bright and airy due to its dominant white surroundings. The LG OLED TV stand is placed on the UrbanMood brown wooden tv console, which at the same time, is also perfect for storing the nitty-gritty electronical gadgets. The LG OLED TV enables the user to watch all the latest streaming channels and also play Xbox games with their family and friends. Adjacent to the TV stand is a Neil Chesterfield three-seater sofa which looks cozy and comfortable enough for the user to lounge. The Panasonic five blade fan brings in a natural cooling breeze to the living spaces.

There are a set of Frontiera fine dining cutleries on the table countertop, perfect for those special dining occasions or festive celebrations. On the other hand, there is an LG 889L Door-in-Door, Side by Side Refrigerator for storing and keeping food fresh.
The kitchen has a Speedy Decor personalized straight kitchen cabinet. For example, all the kitchen utilities are in perfect sequence order. Moreover, the straight kitchen cabinet is also space-maximizing as it has a spacious and linear layout that enables more people to navigate through traffic in the walkway. In terms of aesthetic appeal, the kitchen cabinet is minimalistic but stylish due to its light beech wood material. Other than that, this kitchen cabinet is also integrated with the latest Harvey Norman kitchen utilities. For example, the Philips multipurpose rice cooker allows you to not only cook rice but bake a cheesecake.
The bedroom has a large BeddingAffairs queen-sized bed that looks spacious and inviting due to its excess space and capacity. Moreover, it is the perfect size for two sleepers to sleep on it since they can stretch their backs comfortably. At the same time, the BedandBasics bedsheets are in a cool blue and white combo color that evokes a neutral aesthetic appeal. On the other hand, the SembawangLightHouse three-blade ceiling fan works double function as it not only provides a natural cooling breeze but illumination as well. Moreover, the Nippon ash grey walls complements the simple and chic living spaces.
The bathroom looks breezy and adequately spacious in size. The walls in the bathroom are luxuriously covered in Hong Lee's light Emperador grey marble stone. Nevertheless, the rarity and the premium-quality of the famed Emperador grey marble stone gives a prestige feeling that naturally amps up the living status of the bathroom. Other than that, there is a full-mirrored IKEA bathroom cabinet with LED lighting. The cabinet helps to keep the storage of the bathroom essentials clean and neat. On the other hand, the Hoe Kee white ceramic toilet bowl is auto flush an allows all the impurities to be flushed-down within seconds.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Scandinavian style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? This is due to the backsplash of expensive marble on the walls of the living spaces. For example, light grey Emperador marble stone is generously-slathered on the nooks and corners of the bathroom four walls.
