It features a Modern Scandinavian style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Juz Interior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Scandinavian design style that was pioneered in the 1950s alongside the Modernist belief in Europe and across America. It is defined by emphasizing democracy, value for the money, and sophisticated furniture and interiors. Clean fluid movements, practical furnishings, and a neutral palette were a trademark of modernist style everywhere. Over here, one of the most noted examples of Modern Scandinavian design is in the bathroom spaces. After all, the owner of this unit has expertly utilized a massive amount of white color that is light-reflecting and helps to maximize the spaces even further. Naturally, white is also a non-contrasting color since it perfectly complements the other bathroom utilities, which are coincidentally, also in white. At the same time, natural white light permeates either from the transom windows or through the energy-saving LED lights beneath the mirrored cabinetry corners.

What make this ID company a cut above the rest was their innovation and creativity, after hearing us talking for hours about what we were trying to realize for our dream unit. The designers know how to think out of the box and the final execution of our house was largely due to the good rapport and communication built between them and the contractors. Speaking of communication skills, we observe that our chosen designer is also accommodating, and negotiable on our different wants and needs and she was able to replicate it into reality through every process of the renovation journey. At the same time, he had a good attitude and showed patience when we could not decide on some aspects. When we reached for some advice, the designer talked to us tactfully and respectfully. Overall, we are blessed to have them!
The living room has a large LG Black Screen TV with a stand. Naturally, this tv stand is space-saving and looks more modern and edgy than a mounted TV. At the same time, this showerhead is inside a GamaResources modern and funky-looking half-glass shower cubicle. On the other hand, the DirectCarpentry full-mirrored bathroom cabinet is well-designed with sufficient storage and space-saving compartments. The Hoe Kee white ceramic full-recessed washing sink is light-reflecting and helps to free off spaces due to its bright white color. Plus, it is also low-maintenance.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Scandinavian style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the high-end decors and furnishings in the living spaces.
