This unit at 333A Yishun is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 990 sqft. It features a Minimalistic style. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Divine & Glitz Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Minimalistic theme, this unit incorporated several pieces of intricate looking art decors that may look complicated, but are simple and clean-cut in actual appearance. No doubt, these art pieces are generously spread out across the hallway of the living room, kitchen and masterbedroom. Since the nooks and corners of the walls are rather drab and dull, the Jackson-Pollock inspired art pieces are the perfect space filler to fill up the walls wholely empty wall spaces. In terms of aesthetic appearance, the art decors also help to add some spice and pizzazz as to accentuate the natural-stunning appeal of the room's living spaces even more. Aesthetically speaking aside, the featured rooms also have plenty of natural lighting - be it in the form of sunlight from the windows or pendant lights. For example, a standout light form would be the modern pendant lights which resemble a red lantern.
We would recommend the designer and his team for they are the best designing firm in the Republic of Singapore. For example, they are a multi-award winning interior design and architecture that have nabbed more than a couple of leading ID awards here, locally. Another testimonial of their credentials would be their vast leading experience. For example, the Chief designer of this ID renovation project claimed that they have more than ten years of working experience in the ID niche. The Chief Designer also showed his designing portfolio to us where there are photos of his past works and accomplishments for different clients. However, this factor we can testify as he has already walked the talk through the impressive design cum makeover of our unit. Not only that, but the designer also is someone who is fair and reasonable when it comes to the service charge. Overall, thumbs up to them!
The living room has an LG Black Screen TV that is mounted on a Wallhub 3D wallpaper design wall. Not only is the wallpaper beneficial for its aesthetic appeal, but it also adds long-lastingness and reliability to your walls. As the 3D wallpaper helps to jazz up the walls, the mounted TV gives a clean and neat appearance to the living spaces. Adjacent to the black screen TV is a dark-brown colored HipVan L shaped sofa seater. Nonetheless, the L-shaped sofa is rugged due to its leather texture. At the same time, this living room is also unique because of its art decors.
This bedroom has a BedandBasics large queen-size bed. This queen size bed is more spacious and ergonomically comfortable compared to a standard-sized bed. Moreover, the BeddingAffairs bedsheets has a neutral dual-tone of brown and white that closely matches to the shade of the Speedy Decor built-in wardrobe. Behind the bedstand is a Wallhub 3D wallpaper with swirls design. The 3D wallpaper helps to beautify the living spaces, while helping to add texture and dynamism. On the other hand, the duo of LightsAtelier modern pendant lights help to provide a dim alluring illumination to the bedside reading of the user at night
The dining area looks spacious and welcoming because it has an open-space concept layout. After all, the dining area is located next to the living room itself, albeit free from any walls or dividers. Hanging above the ceiling of the walls are a lineup of LightsAtelier modern pendant lights. Nonetheless, the lights look unique and breathtaking as they resemble Chinese New Year red lantern lights from afar. Below the modern pendant lights are an UrbanMood wooden dining table that looks classy and polished due to its white Statuario marble countertop. The Fortytwo dining chairs are the perfect sidekick to it.
The kitchen has a linear or straight kitchen layout. For example, all the kitchen utilities are arranged and placed in sequence order from the start to the finishing line. Aesthetically-speaking, the kitchen is minimalistic but stunning due to its dual-toned design and color. For example, the top Speedy Decor kitchen cabinet is pristine white while the bottom is rustic brown. At the same time, the Hong Lee white porcelain flooring is bright and spacious and helps to space-maximize the living spaces. On the other hand, there are two Comodecor art decors to helps give some pizzazz to the kitchen environment.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the fireball-red modern pendant lights hanging on top of the ceiling of the living room spaces. As a whole, this fiery modern pendant lights deeply resembles a Chinese New Year red lanterns that are hung up during those auspicious celebration season. Compared to the other furnishings and embellishments in the living spaces, this pendant light also pops out.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
