It features a Minimalistic style. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Divine & Glitz Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Minimalistic theme, this unit incorporated several pieces of intricate looking art decors that may look complicated, but are simple and clean-cut in actual appearance. No doubt, these art pieces are generously spread out across the hallway of the living room, kitchen and masterbedroom. Since the nooks and corners of the walls are rather drab and dull, the Jackson-Pollock inspired art pieces are the perfect space filler to fill up the walls wholely empty wall spaces. In terms of aesthetic appearance, the art decors also help to add some spice and pizzazz as to accentuate the natural-stunning appeal of the room's living spaces even more. Aesthetically speaking aside, the featured rooms also have plenty of natural lighting - be it in the form of sunlight from the windows or pendant lights. For example, a standout light form would be the modern pendant lights which resemble a red lantern.

The Chief Designer also showed his designing portfolio to us where there are photos of his past works and accomplishments for different clients. However, this factor we can testify as he has already walked the talk through the impressive design cum makeover of our unit. Not only that, but the designer also is someone who is fair and reasonable when it comes to the service charge. Overall, thumbs up to them!

Not only is the wallpaper beneficial for its aesthetic appeal, but it also adds long-lastingness and reliability to your walls. Hanging above the ceiling of the walls are a lineup of LightsAtelier modern pendant lights. Nonetheless, the lights look unique and breathtaking as they resemble Chinese New Year red lantern lights from afar. Below the modern pendant lights are an UrbanMood wooden dining table that looks classy and polished due to its white Statuario marble countertop. Aesthetically-speaking, the kitchen is minimalistic but stunning due to its dual-toned design and color. For example, the top Speedy Decor kitchen cabinet is pristine white while the bottom is rustic brown. At the same time, the Hong Lee white porcelain flooring is bright and spacious and helps to space-maximize the living spaces. On the other hand, there are two Comodecor art decors to helps give some pizzazz to the kitchen environment.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the fireball-red modern pendant lights hanging on top of the ceiling of the living room spaces. As a whole, this fiery modern pendant lights deeply resembles a Chinese New Year red lanterns that are hung up during those auspicious celebration season.
