This unit at 27 Fernvale Close is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 1119 sqft. It features a Contemporary style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, AC Vision Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Contemporary interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of minimalistic textures and soft color palettes to bring things back to the basics of form and functionality, albeit with an occasional pop of color for a stark contrast. For starters, there is plenty of modern-looking but highly functional furnishings across the spaces. Among the most notable examples would be the breathtakingly beautiful mahogany-colored Yamaha upright piano. Other than being a high-quality traditional piano that stands through the test of time, it is also the perfect musical heirloom that can be passed down from one generation to the other. Even though this upright piano is specially meant for musical people, but that doesn't mean that you have to be a Mozart prodigy to appreciate its beauty. After all, this upright piano makes an excellent space filler for the living spaces.

Overall the entire process went smoothly and well despite some minor hiccups due to the Covid-19 situation. Firstly, the ID company were trustworthy and ethical when it comes to the service charge of the entire renovation. For example, they did not charge us a skyrocketing price that will burn a hole in our wallets unlike other of their money-hungry ID competitors out there. On top of that, they also promised to give us the highest ID quality even though we honestly told them that we faced financial difficulties. Secondly, we felt that this ID company have surpassed beyond our expectations in terms of ID layout, design and carpentry. Therefore, they are your best bet to exceptional design!

1. Dining Area

The dining area has a SembawangLightHouse three-blade ceiling fan hanging above the Nippon white plastered ceiling above. Nevertheless, the ceiling fan not only looks like a ventilation lifesaver but they help to provide bright illumination to the living spaces. The UrbanMood classic solid-wood modern dining table is the perfect furniture for a small modern family to dine in style and comfort since it is well-built. Complementing this wooden dining table is a duo of FortyTwo solid-wood dining chairs. At the same time, the Hong Lee marble flooring has a smooth surface but is firm enough for the user to walk on.

2. Living Room

The living room has an LG Black Screen TV mounted on a SpeedyDecor oak wood tv feature wall cum cabinet. Nevertheless, the tv feature wall cum cabinet looks warm and welcoming due to its natural wood texture. At the same time, there is a mahogany-colored Yamaha upright piano positioned against the tv feature wall cum cabinet. The Yamaha upright piano makes a great aesthetic centerpiece and space filler for living room spaces. On top of that, the HipVan 3 Seater Sofa Bed looks ergonomic and well-built due to its unique five-pillar check. Plus, the Comodecor mounted art decor is stunning.

3. Bedroom

The bedroom has a SpeedyDecor study table cum cabinet that looks rustic and welcoming due to its eco-friendly oak wood material. Other than that, the oak wood study table helps to give a place for the user to do some serious work. Plus, they can relax and read a book or two during their free time. At the same time, the Speedy Decor wooden cabinet is perfect for storage and space-saving of all the user's bedroom essentials. Furthermore, the Curtaintalks window-curtains help to give some hidden privacy to the user. Plus, the Hong Lee wooden vinyl flooring is firm and sturdy.

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Contemporary style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the mahogany-colored Yamaha upright piano featured in the living room spaces of the unit. First of all, the upright piano looks aesthetically-pleasing due to streamlined and sleek design. However, its most important functionality is to become a great centerpiece to "wow" and impress everyone who have seen its beauty. Plus, to act as a grand musical instrument.

Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
