It features a Modern style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Totz Terior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of different textures and soft color palettes to make a simple, modern decor back to the basics. It stresses minimalistic and clean functionality and basic furnishings that are practical, stunning, and comfortable altogether. For starters, the designer utilizes plenty of functional furnishings in its living spaces. Take, for example, the custom-made wooden kitchen cabinet in the kitchen living spaces. The wooden kitchen cabinet is not only aesthetically attractive, but they also have several unique features. For example, it has built-in LED lights to light up the corners of the cabinet when it gets dark. Not only that, the built-in LED lights also help to make an attractive statement decor since the warm glowy lights are luminiscent and are reminiscent to fairy lights. We would recommend the designer and his team because we felt that they are the best bet when it comes to ID designing firms across the Republic of Singapore. Our entire renovation and handover of our home were completed recently and we engaged Totz Terior Pte Ltd for this job. For starters, the designer in charge of our ID project was truly impressive and a person we could count our backs on despite our initial skeptics of him due to his tender and young age. However, the Chief Designer did not simply push his expensive designs to us despite us paying a rather good price for the entire ID renovation. At the same time he also impressed by the level of professionalism that he displayed. For example, he was always punctual and on-time to the ID renovation site - come rain or shine. Overall, we would recommend them for quality designs!

Appearance-wise, the kitchen cabinet looks breathtaking since it has a welcoming wooden appearance due to it being a product of natural sustainable oak wood. In terms of space purposes, this kitchen cabinet is space-maximizing. For example, this kitchen cabinet has multiple storage compartments to help store all the kitchen essentials. But this kitchen cabinet is also unique because it has an LG washing machine. For example, this LG washing machine is turbo charged with the latest technology to help wash the clothes.
The dining area has a Mylighthouse modern pendant light that helps to illuminate the entire living space. Furthermore, the pendant lights are an energy-efficient and reliable light source to help brighten up your space. The UrbanMood dining table has a Hong Lee white Statuario marble countertop to help elevate the user to another level since it brings in prestige and class. Moreover, the WhiteHorse wooden vinyl flooring helps to give a rustic touch that is warm and welcoming to the living spaces. On the other hand, the wooden cabinet helps with all the storage and keeping of the living room decors.
The living room has an LG Black Screen TV mounted on a Hong Lee white Statuario tv feature wall. Nevertheless, the mounted TV helps to give the living spaces a cleaner and neater appearance compared to a TV stand. Nonetheless, the bed looks soft and comfortable, perfect for those who like to sleep alone and does not like to share their bed with another sleeping partner. Moreover, the BedandBasics bedsheets have a white-pristine color that helps to purify and brighten up the entire living space. At the same time, there is a Speedy Decor custom-made dressing table for the user to help groom their pretty self or to pen down their random thoughts during those relaxing and unwinding days. On the other hand, the Speedy Decor dressing table is built-in together with a wardrobe.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Without a doubt, it is the modern pendant lights in the living room spaces. The modern pendant lights are not only unique and funky, but they make a good statement decor in the living spaces.
