If you are among those who prefer a casual and cozy decorating style which points to the feeling of a simple country life, then perhaps you can take a look at this unique Country unit with a slight edge in cosmopolitan Singapore. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Mr. Designer Studio. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its country theme, this unit incorporated a lot of pastels and bright colors. For example, these elements can be seen particularly in the different furnishings in the living spaces, such as the bedroom's wardrobe, kitchen cabinetry and the nooks and corners of the walls. Over here, a light peachy shade of pink is utilized on the bedroom's clothing and accessories wardrobe to give it touch of countryside. Not only that, a lovely sky blue is splashed all over the kitchen cabinetry for that vibrant color. Other than that, you see plenty of vintage-wares in the form of the BearBrick special edition toy collection display in the glass cabinet.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team for they were very responsive, had an exceptional design flair, plus still able to give us the practical aesthetic of a home. Besides that, they were also pretty flexible with the entire price tag of the ID renovation despite being an established and extremely popular ID firm. Based on our past experience with other similar ID firms, the designer and his team could have charged us any way that they wanted and sneakily added in the service charge into the bill without our knowledge. However, we count out lucky stars that they were very ethical and did not do anything of sorts behind our backs. Other than that, we also like that the designer and his team were meticulous and careful with the clients needs. For example, they listened patiently and wrote down our ID likes and dislikes. Overall, we give our thumbs up to them!
The bedroom has a Speedy Decor customized wardrobe that looks striking and beautiful. Nevertheless, this is due to the light pink pastel shade of the customized wardrobe that is reminiscent of romance in the Eiffel tower and fairytale princesses decked in the most gorgeous pink frocks. Aside from its aesthetics decor, the main function of this wardrobe is to help the user to store all their clothes and fashion accessories. For example, there are three compartments for different usage in this wardrobe. Other than that, it is also unique for there are lights illuminating from its open display shelf with random cutesy decors.
The kitchen has a Speedy Decor cabinet that looks striking due to its lovely sky blue colour. However, its purpose is to help the user to store all their kitchen essentials in multiple compartments and storage. For examples, the sharp objects in the kitchen such as the kitchen knives are kept in specialized drawers so that they are safe from children. Furthermore, it helps to keep the kitchen tidy and free from clutter. On the other hand, the kitchen cabinet is integrate with the latest LG Smart thermo oven to help the user to whip up a delicious country apple pie.
The dining area has a Speedy Decor oak-wood dining table. But this dining table is unique compared to other cookie-cutter designs in the market. For example, it has a specialized open-display wall for putting on random decors and displaying things. Furthermore, it is also edgy since there is a long LED light illuminating from beneath its interior. There are also two matching bar stool chairs for the user to sit down as they dine in style and comfort. On the other hand, there is a white Panasonic aircon that is perfect for bringing in ventilation and an air of cool breeze.
The living room has a Sony three-blade ceiling fan which doubles up as an illuminating light at the same time due to its double function. For example, the ceiling fan helps to bring in ventialtion and some cooling air to the living spaces when it gets hot and humid. At the same time, there is an LG Black Screen TV mounted on the Dulux white walls. Nonetheless, the mounted TV helps to bring a welcoming touch to the living spaces, besides helping to keep it neat and tidy. On the other hand, the MegaFurniture L-shaped sofa seater is perfect for a lazy lounge
The bathroom has an Econflo white seat-on ceramic toilet. Nonetheless, it is perfect for those urgent privacy needs or when nature calls. Besides that, it also has an auto-flush system - which is handy for flushing down the user's human waste into the sewage system. On the other hand, the Hong Lee white Statuario marble walls evoke a prestigious backsplash to help elevate the status of the ambiance to a higher degree. At the same time, the IKEA gold-colored standing shower head has a touch of luxury due to its gorgeous gold sheen. But most importantly, it is suitable for a long and relaxing shower.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Country style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. One of the most noteworthy examples would be in the bathroom. Over there, the designer arranged the bathroom utilities accordingly so that they fit into the compact sized bathroom spaces. For example, everything is place side-by-side and not too far distance from one another. Not only that, the designer also place a shower cubicle instead of a bathtub since the latter takes up a lot of space and storage.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. Naturally, the colors are pleasant and natural enough for a young modern family to live their dream home.
