This unit at 226B Compassvale Walk is a resale HDB apartment with an estimated floor area of 1313 sqft. It features a Scandinavian style. If you are among those who prefer a style that is characterized by white clean lines, and minimalism, then perhaps you can peek into this unique modern unit with a slight edge in cosmopolitan Singapore. This unit was the creative epiphany of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, 96 Interior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first came to the local ID market, they have conjured their ID renovation magic wand on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore that will help you redefine the meaning of ID style. In line with its Scandinavian theme, this unit incorporates a sense of modern simplicity in every interior detail, plus furniture. For example, white Italian Statuario marble is visible in certain parts of the surroundings. The white marble looks gorgeous on the tv feature wall in the living spaces of the living room. After all, the look of natural marble tiles is unbeatable. Marble is also incorporated compared to other synthetic materials, since marble is hardwearing and can resist shattering. Other than that, marble also reflects light which gives it a particular shine and gloss. Nonetheless, wood is also used since it gives a warm and welcoming touch that makes it an unique touch.

But most importantly, the designer and his team offered a fair and reasonable price to their clients. Despite using fine materials, they did not take advantage of the clients limited budget. Therefore, you can count on them as your best bet.

1. Living Room | LG

The living room has a cozy-looking IKEA black sofa. The armrest sofa is comfortable and inviting due to its ergonomic design, which helps the user to sit down and relax or have a short siesta on the sofa later. Adjacent to the sofa is a large LG Black Screen TV which is of the latest and most sophisticated kind due to its cutting-edge features. For example, this kind of LG Black Screen TV allows the user to watch the latest Netflix shows on tv. Nonetheless, the surrounding tv feature walls are covered in Hong Lee's Italian white Statuario marble. A trio of pendant lights illuminates the room.

2. Bedroom

The bedroom has a MegaFurniture queen-sized bed that is perfect for one and more sleepers since there is plenty of space where they can toss and turn comfortably when they hit the sack at night. Moreover, this type of bed is ideal for those with pets since they can cuddle their pets when they sleep at night. Besides that, the bedsheets are neutral in color which coincidentally, matches the Nippon's pristine white walls. On the other hand, there is a Speedy Decor wooden cabinet on the right-hand side. There are under lights in the cabinet's open shelves.

3. Toilet

The bathroom has a Speedy Decor customized cabinet that is perfect for storing your toiletries, thanks to the multiple compartments and storage. The cabinet looks aestheitcally pleasing due to its elegant black color. At the same time, the bathroom walls are covered in Hong Lee's Italian white Statuario marble finish. The marble helps to elevate the status of the bathroom due to its glossy and high polished texture. Moreover, the bathroom cubicle has no shower curtains. Instead, see-through glass transparent glass is used. Furthermore, the ergonomic shower head stand helps the user to use the handle more effectively during shower.

4. Kitchen | Speedy Decor

The kitchen has a lovely Speedy Decor wooden L-shaped cabinet that is a perfect piece of kitchen furniture due to several reasons. First, it is great for corner space as it helps to maximize the kitchen's living spaces. Second, it is excellent for small and medium kitchen spaces due to its versatile and practical layout. Third, the benchtop and cabinets can be accommodated to the length so that it is the perfect space filler. Fourth, it helps more people to move through traffic since the walkway is wider. Nonetheless, this cabinet is also aesthetically pleasing due to its dual-toned color.

5. Bedroom

The bedroom has a MySeat staircase that leads to the bedroom. The steps of the staircase are made from quality oak wood that is durable and long-lasting. Furthermore, there are under lights under the staircase steps that make an excellent aesthetic decor and statement piece due to its unique design. But most importantly, the under lights help to illuminate a dark staircase, especially when the user and others are walking on the staircase at night. In terms of safety, the staircase lightning is bright so the stairs can be used safely. Nonetheless, it is also a beautiful focal feature in the house.

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Scandinavian style. For example, this unit is designed for a spacious hoem despite being intially a compact-sized unit. For example, this factor can be seen clearly in its space-maximized spaces that are elongated to the very core by the team of interior design experts. Nonetheless, even the furniture and decor are placed accordingly and in proper position. Due to that, so that the user and others living under the same roof in the house can move around carefully, albeit wihout accidentally bumping or knocking into things. Plus, not getting into any untoward house-related accidents. Moreover, the user can move around freely and relish in total comfort in their own house without any restrictions.

Finally, the theme across the house fit perfectly with everything surrounding it. The colours used are simple, minimalistic and clean cut.
