It features a Modern Contemporary style. If clean, curved lines, natural materials, stark contrasts, cool tones, and attention to quality is what you are looking for, then perhaps you can take a look at this unique Modern Contemporary unit with a slight edge in cosmopolitan Singapore. Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Todz Terior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Modern Contemporary theme, this unit incorporated an occasional pop of color in its living spaces. Despite its largely dominant neutral white colors, there are several splashes of color, particularly on the nooks and corners of the walls. For example, the designer uses Nippon lavendar grey on the walls in the living room and dining area. Nevertheless, the vibrant lavendar grey color helps to bring a soothing and calming tone to the living spaces ambiance. Other than that, the designer also utilizes a couple of nature-inspired art decor that comes in the form of either lovely colorful blooms of picturesque scene of the green landscape to help make a statement decor.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team for they are well-versed in the area of ID renovation. For example, they know everything ID related at the back of their hands since they have years of experience in the field of ID, having catered to clients from all walks of life. Not only that, we were impressed that the Chief Designer and his team for they have managed to answer all the difficult questions posed by us. Besides reassuring us that they can do the job exceptionally well, they also did not forget to talk about the cons of the entire ID renovation. Nonetheless, we decided to hire them on the spot shortly after as a few of the other candidates did not make the cut in our face-to-face interview. Throughout the entire ID process, everything turned out the way it should and we were beyond happy!
The living room has a large LG OLED TV mounted on a Speedy Decor white wood panel tv feature. Nevertheless, the white wood panel looks bright and spacious. The bright white color of the wood feature helps to maximize the spaces and give an illusion of space to the living spaces. At the same time, the TV feature wall has an open-shelving cabinet that helps to display all the random decors on it. But this open-shelving cabinet is unique because of the LED lights integrated into it. The LED lights provide a beautiful warm glow to the decors on display.
The living room has beautiful ExpressWindows large bay windows. Naturally, the large bay windows help to bring in natural sunlight and a cooling breeze to the living room when it gets too humid inside. The Curtaintalks curtain drapes and white-sheer curtains help to protect the room from hazardous UV rays that can cause cancer. At the same time, there is a Hipvan L-shaped sofa that looks cozy and comfortable enough for three people to lounge on it. The BedandBasics random throw pillows help to bring some character to the sofa seater. Plus, the Panasonic three-blade ceiling fan is a ventilation life-saver.
The dining area has a Speedy Decor wooden dining table and matching wooden dining chairs. Nevertheless, the wooden dining table is strong and sturdy since it is a product of natural oak wood. Therefore, it is suitable as a treasured family heirloom that will last for generations to come. Adjacent to the wooden dining table furniture set is a ComoDecor art decor mounted on the Nippon lavendar grey walls. The art decor help to beautify the living spaces. At the same time, there is a Hddoor solid door that not only looks aesthetically pleasing, but it is sound-proof for privacy.
The kitchen looks spacious and welcoming. It has a beautiful galley kitchen. The galley kitchen is divided of a three to five-foot corridor or walkway situated between two opposite walls or runs of cabinetry. This Speedy Decor galley kitchen cabinet is advantageous since it has multiple customized compartments and storages to store all the kitchen essentials such as flour and kitchen knives in the right sections. Aesthetically speaking, this kitchen cabinet has a stunning wooden design that looks natural. On the other hand, this kitchen cabinet is also unique as it is integrated with the latest LG kitchen utilities such as a Smart Auto refrigerator.
The dining area has a ComoDecor art decor. Nevertheless, it looks striking and beautiful as the art decor shows a picture of colorful blooming flowers. Furthermore, it is the perfect space filler to fill up the Nippon's pristine white walls. But most importantly, the art decor makes a great statement piece to jazz up an uninteresting living space. On the other hand, the Hddoor solid wooden door leads to the main entrance of the room. The solid wooden door is soundproof and can help to give the user some privacy. Plus, the wood panels on the walls have LED light reflection.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Contemporary style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? This is due to the integrated LED lighting in some of the high-end wooden furnishings. Take for example, the wooden tv feature wall cum open-shelving cabinet in the living room. Other than looking aesthetically pleasing, the wooden cabinet has LED lighting fixture in its interiors which helps to light up the displayed decors beautifully with its warm glow.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
