It features a Contemporary style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Ovon Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Contemporary interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of minimalistic textures and soft color palettes to make a simple, modern decor a cut above the rest from the cookie-cutter norm. For starters, there is plenty of natural lighting in the living spaces across the unit. A notable example would be the beautiful large bay windows perched next to the nooks and corners of the walls. Naturally, the large bay windows are the perfect light reflector for the rooms in the unit since natural sunlight comes in from outside into the inside. Besides that, the bay windows also provide you with a breathtaking view of the outside world since you can have a peek through the see-through window panes. Nonetheless, there are also several stylish but straightforward-looking modern pendant lights in the dining area since they bring a streak of illumination.
We would recommend the designer and his team because we were deeply impressed with their professionalism and patience. Our entire renovation and handover of our home were completed recently and we engaged Ovon Design Pte Ltd for this job. For starters, the designer in charge of our ID project was extremely patient and assisted with numerous versions of the design that range from tiling layout, color, and numerous other detailing that helped us to make the right decisions for our dream home unit. On top of that, the quality of craftsmanship was excellent and a notch above the rest too. From workmanship to tiles-layout, from design structure direction to paintwork, the workers were super-efficient and did their well enough to deserve a pat on their backs. Prices were value-for-money, despite the company being a leading and well-established ID firm in Singapore. Overall, thumbs up to Ovon for a job well done!

At the same time, the FortyTwo wooden dining chairs and bench help to provide a rustic coziness to a young modern family since it is also natural wood built. On the other hand, the ExpressWindows large bay windows help to provides a maximum amount of warm sunlight into the living spaces. Plus, it also gives the user a peek into the breathtaking view of the outside world through its window panes.
The kitchen has a straight cum linear kitchen layout. This straight cum linear kitchen layout has a Speedy Decor custom-made wooden cabinet that looks simple but stunning-looking due to its lovely dual-toned colors. In terms of functionality, it has plenty of storage and compartments to help with the daily kitchen essentials such as food, cooking equipment, and also silverware and dishes for the table service. At the same time, this kitchen cabinet is also a cut above the rest since it has several kitchen utilities, like a designated Hoe Kee washing station, an LG three-stove cooking burner, and an LG exhaust hood.
Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Contemporary style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the eye-catching and unique-looking built-in wooden tv console cum tv wall feature. Besides looking aesthetically attractive due to its bright white colors, its main function is to help with the storage and space-saving of some of the living room's smaller essentials such as the remote control. Plus, it also helps with the display of the green plants.
Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
