Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Lome Interior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Modern Elegant theme, this unit incorporated several sleek and minimalist look. For example, the different types of furnishings in the five featured living spaces use a neutral color palette. Naturally, it consisted of mainly greys, blacks, browns and white. In line with the Modern Elegant theme, you do not see any pops of striking colors, such as the ever-lovely fuchsia or teal green, since it contradicts with what the designer is trying to create. On the other hand, there are also a lot of customized built-in furniture that is integrated for a multipurpose function. One of the most significant examples is the Direct Carpentry computer desk.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team for their service is a notch above from the rest. For example, when we called up to the Lome Interior Pte Ltd main offices, they immediately took down our contact details and particulars so that the designer-in-charge can come back to us instantly. True to our prediction, the designer immediately called back to us and arranged a Google Meet meeting so that we can further discuss with him and the entire team on the ID renovation plans. During the process of the Google Meet, we notice that the designer was so meticulous that he took down all the relevant ID renovation needs, such as our likes, dislikes and overall lifestyle. When the actual day of the renovation came, the designer arrived with his team and started to quickly survey on our unit before starting the renovation works as thjey promised.
The living room has a Hipvan three-seater sofa set which is an excellent choice for those who want a large, ample seating area. The L-shape sofa offers plenty of room for everyone to spread their legs out. Adjacent to the sofa seater is an LG Black Screen TV mounted on the Nippon pristine white wall. Therefore, the wall-mounted television is advantageous as it helps to save space and make a room look more beautiful. Meanwhile, the Direct Carpentry tv console looks elegant with its brown wood texture and is perfect for storing the remote control while the pot of plants adds sustainability.
The living room has a single LightsVault modern pendant light hanging above the white plastered ceiling. The pendant light is not only space-saving but is an energy-efficient and budget-friendly way to jazz up your space. It is also easier to divide the kitchen into multiple working areas where more cooks can do different things at alternate places. Over here, you can also see that this Direct Carpentry kitchen cabinet has plenty of storage for the kitchen essentials, thanks to its multiple customized compartments that makes everything more accessible. But this cabinet is unique because it has integrated lighting. For example, the light illuminates the dark and shadowy areas of the LG kitchen electrical appliances.
The bedroom has a Speedy Decor multipurpose built-in wooden computer desk. On its surface, the wooden computer desk looks ergonomic. After all, it is built-for comfort despite looking hard due to its rustic wood material. On the other hand, the wooden computer desk also doubles up as a wooden sitting bench. Therefore, the user can sit on the bench and unwind their thoughts by reading a storybook or two for leisure. On the table surface is the latest Acer Pentium desktop for the user to do some serious computer work as they sit on the ergonomic IKEA black recliner chair.
The toilet has a Kohler full-mirrored bathroom cabinet that looks minimalistic and chic. The bathroom cabinet has customized storage and compartments that are practical and convenient for the user to store all their bathroom essentials. For example, from toothpaste to medications. Not only that, the mirrored part is important for the user to look at their reflection when they are doing their personal grooming, such as teeth brushing. There is a Hddoor white entrance bathroom door that looks sleek and polished due to its bright colors. Also, the transom windows helps to bring in illumination and some natural air to the bathroom.

For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect.
