This unit at 12 Pasir Ris Link is an existing condominium with an estimated floor area of 1066 sqft. It features a Modern Contemporary style. Nonetheless, this unit was the magnum opus of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, AC Vision Design Pte Ltd. Ever since they first made their foray in the local ID market here, they have managed to successfully put on their ID renovation Midas touch on houses of all statures and sizes across the interior of Singaporean homes. The unit has a Modern Contemporary interior design style symbolized by using a mixture of minimalistic textures and soft color palettes to bring things back to the basics of form and functionality, albeit with an occasional stark contrast of eye-popping color to bring some life and vitality to the spaces. For starters, there was a modern pop of colors in certain unexpected places in the unit's living spaces. One of the most significant leading examples would be in the balcony area. Over there, the set of rattan-built outdoor table and lounge chairs are in a wood-based neutral colors to blend in with the natural-picturesque scenery of the outdoors. However, do not be surprised to find a vibrant-looking three-blade ceiling fan hung above the ceiling. The ceiling fan is not only more energy-friendly, but it is an attractive centerpiece due to its multi-color.


We are first-time homeowners who have just completed our first home renovation with AC Vision Design and we must say that the entire process has been a great smooth path throughout! We never expect that a homegrown ID firm from Singapore would display such a high level of professionalism and working knowledge. For example, our Interior Designer knows everything ID-related at the back of his hand since he claimed he has years of leading experience designing the houses of all types of nature and built. Another fact we like about him is that he does not only focus on the aesthetic design of the house, but its practicality and safety measures so that the unit becomes livable. We are grateful that he has sorted everything out accordingly and the best bang for the buck to ensure that the project matches our financial means and budget. So, thumbs up to them!

1. Dining Area

The dining area has a SkyLighting recessed LED spotlight square light fixtures mounted above the Nippon white plastered ceiling. Nevertheless, the recessed LED spot lights are not only attractive in a minimalistic way, but they help to provide a brilliant and luminiscent illumination for a softer atmosphere. The Speedy Decor modern island dining table is space and storage-saving since the table can be stored away well after each use. Complementing this wooden dining table are several FortyTwo foldable dining chairs with soft fabric seating cushion. At the same time, the Speedy Decor built-in oak wood cabinet has an open-display section.

2. Living Room | LG

The living room has a HipVan two-seater armrest sofa seater set. Nevertheless, the leather sofa set is stylish-looking due to its black and light-grey dual-tone look and simple design. At the same time, there is a Panasonic five-blade ceiling fan that helps to bring in more cooling ventilation to the living spaces since it has a controllable timer. Adjacent to the sofa set is a large LG Black Screen TV mounted on Speedy Decor's solid oak-wood tv feature marble wall. Nevertheless, the tv feature wall looks trendy-looking but tough-resistant due to its unique trio-colors design and premium domestic hardwood texture.

3. Balcony

The balcony has a set of IKEA outdoor furniture. Moreover, this set of outdoor furniture is storage and space-saving due to its compact size. The IKEA outdoor furniture set consists of a small round-shaped rattan table with a glass surface and a duo of rattan-built lounge chairs. Besides helping to give the user an unwinding outlet to view the picturesque outdoor scenery from above, this piece of furniture set is also perfect for holding high-teas with the user's loved ones. At the same time, the Fanco three-blade multi-colored ceiling fan helps to save power consumption and becomes an aesthetic decor.

Overall, we can conclude and wrap it up by saying that the unit is designed for a quintessentially Modern Contemporary style. For example, this unit is space-enhanced despite being initially a compact-sized unit. This factor can be seen clearly in its limited spaces that are heavily decluttered and maximized to full effect. But what makes this unit a cut above the rest? Naturally, it is the unique-looking multi-colored three-blade ceiling fan hanging above the balcony spaces of the unit. First of all, the multi-colored three-blade ceiling fan is more energy-efficient compared to other types of traditional ceiling fans. However, it also makes an excellent statement decor to bring out the flamboyant flair in the balcony since it is colorful.

Finally, the theme across the house fits perfectly with everything surrounding it. For example, you find a lot of sleek and streamlined designs. In addition, the colors are minimalistic and natural.
