Nonetheless, this unit was the idea and innovation of the creatively gifted Singaporean design team company, Todz Terior Pte Ltd. Ever since they first established their name in the local ID market here, they have conjured their ID renovation magic touch on houses of all statures and sizes across Singapore. Alongside its Modern Contemporary theme, this unit incorporated a lot of space-maximizing techniques. For example, there is a lot of minimalist furniture, paying attention to clean lines and high-end, modern but stylish furniture pieces in a space that is clean and free of clutter. Most notably, the living room is an excellent leading example. Over there, the designer incorporated only the essentials to decorate and fill up the spaces. Minimal furnishings with sleek and streamlined designs are used, such as a three-seater sofa, a coffee table, and a TV which is specifically mounted to give it a neat and tidy appearance. Other than that, there are also plenty of wood materials featured since wood is modern and age-defying.
We would like to recommend the designer and his team because we support homegrown ID designers over foreign-imported ones. We felt that homegrown designers deserved more credit as they deserved to be hired since they have the same competence if not more than some hot-shot import. Whatsmore, local designers also charge less than foreigners since they use the local Singaporean currency here. But most importantly, we find that this designer and his team displayed ID knowledge that is way superior to any of their peers in the market. For example, they know everything at the back of their hand, regardless it is floor tiling, wall paint to the most intricate of designs. The Chief Designer boasts that he has more than ten years in the field of ID, which we can vouch for it as he showed us his vast portfolio and also did a tremendous job on our ID renovation.
The bedroom has a Direct Carpentry walk-in wardrobe that will make you deep closet envy. This walk-in wardrobe is minimalistic and stylish since it is made from natural oak wood. What's more, the wood is eco-friendly and sustainably derived. Generally, this walk-in wardrobe has multi-functional space and storage where you can store all your daily clothing and other fashion essentials. For example, you can see rows of blouses and shirts in its various customized storage. Furthermore, your shoes, bags, or accessories can double as an attractive decor statement. Moreover, this wardrobe is also unique as it comes together with LED lighting.
The bathroom looks chic and funky at the same time. For example, a large chunk of the bathroom walls are slathered in Hong Lee's Italy white Statuario marble stone. Nevertheless, the white Statuario marble looks refined and is reminiscent of heading to a posh five-star hotel bathroom. There is a Neil Chesterfield three-seater sofa that is ergonomic since it is comfortable for a young modern family to lounge on, albeit without fear of backache. Furthermore, there are also several random BedandBasics throw pillows that are neutral in color. Adjacent to the sofa seater is a large LG OLED TV mounted on the Nippon pristine white walls. The TV not only allows you to watch all the latest streaming channels, but you can also play cutting-edge games on it. The dual-toned Panasonic three- blade ceiling fan brings in a cool breeze.
The dining area has a trio of LightVault modern pendant lights that looks unique and funky at the same time. For example, it looks like a beautiful zesty Calamansi lime thanks to its glowing yellow and greenish outer glass apperance. Fruity aesthetic aside, there is an Urban Mood dining table that is simple yet stylish enough that a young modern family can dine on it with comfort and style as they sit on the FortyTwo dining chairs. On the other hand, there is also a Hddoor solid wooden door at the main entrance of the hallway for house security and protection.
The kitchen has a galley kitchen space layout. Generally, this is because there are two parallel working sides, instead of one like the linear-style kitchen. In terms of aesthetic appeal, this Speedy Decor kitchen cabinet is lovely to look at due to its dual-toned colors.
