    We talked with several IDs and decided to choose Adrian Ho in Omni Design. Adrian is a professional ID who is always consider the real need of customer by providing practical and economical ideas with the best design in mind. We selected modern industrial design as the main reno style, and the results turn out to be super supper similar as the 3D drawings! Besides the design, we're also satisfied with the workmanship of carpentry and tiles. We considered ourselves as picky and difficult customer, fortunately we met Adrian who always be super patient, professional and punctual. Adrian is also a supper smart IDs who always understands what we meant, which makes the communication very smooth! Thumbs up for Adrian and his team! We'll definitely recommend Adrian and Omni Design! Services: Kitchen design , Bathroom design , Stone, brick, & stucco design , Closet design , Bedroom design , Living room design , Flooring selection , Dining room design , Interior painting less

    To be frank we encountered our fair share of hiccups at the beginning stages of our journey. Thankfully Omni Design was sincere in its service recovery and cooperative to remediate problems. The next ID assigned to us was Ellison Woon and he was honestly a godsend. He had to takeover this project th ... more
    To be frank we encountered our fair share of hiccups at the beginning stages of our journey. Thankfully Omni Design was sincere in its service recovery and cooperative to remediate problems. The next ID assigned to us was Ellison Woon and he was honestly a godsend. He had to takeover this project that was facing multiple major issues and turned it around within a very short time. Over the next few weeks Ellison proved to be the perfect ID that we wished we had the fortune to work with from the start. He is meticulous, hands-on, and extremely patient. I can trust his measurements, I can trust his recommendations, I can trust him in general. I went from nearly swearing off Omni Design and hiring IDs in general, to being dead sure that if I ever had another project, I'd want Ellison to lead it. The industry is better with his existence.
