    Jason made a trip down (a day before the dismantle of my wardrobe), inspected the item, then took a video instructing his workers what need to be done. On the actual day of dismantled, his workers reached timely as promised, followed per the instruction as provided by Jason. They also did a nice job ... more
    Jason made a trip down (a day before the dismantle of my wardrobe), inspected the item, then took a video instructing his workers what need to be done. On the actual day of dismantled, his workers reached timely as promised, followed per the instruction as provided by Jason. They also did a nice job (not messy and handle it with care) when dismantling my wardrobe. They did an extra mile by covering my door, ensuring my existing door and floor will not get damaged when handling. I paid for the price of dismantling a wardrobe but the work they done surprised me. I am impressed with their professionalism. Thank you so much, Jason and his workers! less

    We engaged Miracle design studio for renovation work of our resale condo, about 1300+ sqft. From the getgo I can feel Terrence and Jason's genuine enthusiasm and sincerity. I also appreciate Terrence's cautionary tales ("I tell you first ok... sometimes...") which guided us with realistic expectations and risk readiness. My experience with Miracle was smooth sailing and it really surprised me, because I expected some hiccups along the way. Not only that they did the job well, they also completed on time, very professional and upheld responsive after sales services (how often can we say this nowadays!). 6 months after we move in, we barely needed any touch up or rectifying work. The carpentry quality was really good and everything is working well. Finally, I was very impressed by the service integrity - whatever they say they will do, they did! Thank you for working on our house, our family now has a warm home thanks to your hard work :) less
