    Discussions with Brandon started 3 months prior to the renovations. And it is through those exchanges that I felt this is a firm I could engage with.     Discussions with Brandon started 3 months prior to the renovations. And it is through those exchanges that I felt this is a firm I could engage with. During Planning stages, Brandon is meticulous, systematic and always responsive. For me, this is a promising start to our renovation journey. When our renovation started, Brandon continued to be responsible, diligent and patient even when faced with challenging tasks of handling difficult situations. Being on top of matters means that I could trust him to complete the entire renovation within the tight time frame. One thing to note will be the workmanship, the tradesmen from FSI deliver quality work. Tiling is always a bug bear for me when it comes to alignment but this was done beautifully, cabinetry was also thoughtfully installed without any issues. Thank you Brandon for being such a trooper! Looking forward to the next project! Service: Interior architectural design less

We were quite apprehensive when embarking on this journey to select one ourselves. And truthly, we met with an irresponsible and unprofessional ID!! who fired us due ... more
    After meeting with different IDs and having heard horror stories from friends about their experiences during their renovation journey. We were quite apprehensive when embarking on this journey to select one ourselves. And truthly, we met with an irresponsible and unprofessional ID!! who fired us due to various PERSONAL reasons, ie: decided to leave currently ID company during our permit application period/process without proper handover. It is with blessing that Raymond and Perlinda decided to take on this project during this difficult period of us. Raymond is fast to pick up the vibe and our requirements with many counter proposes against the design faults from the previous ID. Perlinda is detailed and carried out the work without us worrying and update us the status/ progress almost daily since we could only visit the site on weekend. And in 4 months (yes, inclusive of design changed!), this amazing tac-team provided us with such beautiful house. We could felt the passion and attentive towards our project during the consultation stage till handover. Its such blessing that we were have found this amazing team and now we tell our friends, it’s all thanks to that irresponsible ID - ( I ), that we have such beautiful place called - home less
