    Engaged Lloyd from Earth Interior for our new home. Design was very well done, innovative and suited our needs. Having stayed in the apartment since, the finishing and after sales follow up were also good and much appreciated. Have been impressed overall and recommended friends to Lloyd since!

    First time engagement with Bryan (main project manager) and Lloyd– they provided a rather radical (but practical) idea on the loft design, I was sold on the spot. Quite impressed during my first consultation as they appeared professional (simple 2D designs were rendered which makes it easier to visualize) and tried to work around my budget instead of upselling unnecessary stuffs like some other firms would. Overall, the project was executed as planned with a few hiccups here and there - expected in any renovation, but ultimately and more importantly, they were resolved through making some compromises. 98.188% I’d engage them in the future. What I like • Responsiveness • Honesty (i.e. quotes provided for add-on services such as electrician etc was competitive) • Design ideas and practicality • Worked within budget (not a big one to start with) • Understand my preferences and incorporated them into the design • Flexibility in swapping items (i.e. replacing limewash with anti-mould paint) What could have been better • Quality of work of sub-cons – painting and plastering work did not do Earth ID justice. Finishings at certain areas were not up to satisfactory and had to do a few rounds of rectifications. Paint and plaster residue was not cleaned up properly after the jobs. • Wrong size for mirror and wrong color for shoe cabinet – decided to just go with proposed alternatives / changes since the renovation works were nearing the end. Last but not least, thank you Bryan and Lloyd for the patience and promptness with this whole project! less
