  I recently engaged this company for my house renovation. It was a head-ace with low quality workmanship and lack of labours to complete the work on time. They where not able to keep this promise on timelines and quality. Labours quality- One person is there to do painting job, plumbing job and all handyman work. Cleanliness- They do not take care to cover the remaining areas and take care of household items while doing work. This lead to scratches and paints to be fallen on other household items. Lack of understanding- Some items that I intended to keep after renovation was disposed off. Had bought kitchen items based on the confirmation, later I am told those items cannot be fixed because size is not a match and I had to run around to get a replacement and settle with what I could get from the same suppliers. Overall quality- Parts of floor is left unpolished, because polish workers don’t even bother to move my furniture, even though I am charged 2 times for moving furnitures during painting and floor polish Overall lousy quality.   Did major renovation for my house 2 years plus ago. Nothing has been smooth since day 1. Works done by their sub contractor gave problems. 1. Long delay and no action from their PE with regards to submission to BCA. Subsequent, receive calls from their sub contractor requesting for payments so that process can be complete faster. Despite all payments made to Albedo directly and promptly. 2. Windows contractor made technical mistake repeatedly. To be fair Albedo did the rectification on this but we still have windows with different rubber color currently. 3. Aluminum sliding door not fitted on any solid ceiling. Only with screw tighten midway to secure. (although the ceiling could be not level, but it should be done with a “level” wooden plank for more secure fitting) This caused added burden to the track and it will require replacement over time. 4. Leakage from aircon multiple times, later realise was due to poor workmanship at the aircon drainage piping. 5. Toilet and Kitchen main drain opening sealed under tiles and no obvious opening. Yes. 2 years later, my kitchen got choked and plumbers cannot located where to clear the debris. Had to beg them to assist otherwise we would need to hack all the flooring to find the opening. Was told that warranty over and refuse to assist. Luckily their foreman came forward to assist. 6. Multiple leak points from the 2 new roofing done. Problem resolved after I insist to get waterproofing specialist to resolve. 7. After 2 years, ceiling start to leak and we realise that the water piping has not changed. Despite our quote indicating to change whole house piping with repeat message reminding that. Toilet piping is copper and not stainless steel as per quotation. Request to speak to their management instead of their workers, as they cannot make decision for this major repair. Calls are left unanswered and messages are not replied. 8. Water leakage at stairway notice shortly after reno. Request them to look into the bathroom waterproofing conditions, was told not necessary previously. Coming 3 years I’m still facing with the leakage. Similarly was told out of warranty. Points 1 - 6, we accepted the flaws and did not persue as they had good attitude (as mention in other good reviews here) and responsive. We even recommendations to our relative. But when we found out about point 7 lately, was definitely not expected of a reputable renovation company. Imagine the rework needed to trace the embedded piping after fixtures have been put up. Not going to raise a debate with the company or tarnish their reputation but decided to leave a review just to give our experience.
